Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and n.exc 10 sqm on plan for foundation etc or for laying pipe lines and cables etc and getting out as in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and dirrected.

All as per item No 1 here-in-before but depth exc 1.5 mtr & n exc 3.0 mtr.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate to support the pipe line etc, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down old unserviceable 15/20 mm bore GI pipe including fittings complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Sr No 6 here-in-before but 25 mm bore.

All as per item Sr No 6 here-in-before but 80 mm bore. Note for Ser No 6 to 9. (a) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid saperately. Supply , fixing and testing of 20 mm outer dia, 3-layer PP-R P o l y p r o p y l e n e random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded p o l y p r o p y l e n e random fittings( like socket , union, plug, tee, reducer, wall clamp in one meter distance, F T saddle , end cap, bend, FT socket, MT socket, cross tee, FT elbow) fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors including drilling of hole in existing wall, floor for passing of PPR pipe etc and making good complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , fixing and testing of 25 mm outer dia 3- layer PP-R (Polypropylene random copolymer) concealed pipes SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings including all PP-R plain & brass threaded p o l y p r o p y l e n e random fittings,( like socket , union, plug, tee, reducer, F T saddle , end cap, bend, FT socket, MT socket, cross tee, FT elbow ) laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Sr No 16 here-in-before but 32 mm outer dia of pipe.

All as per item Sr No 16 here-in-before but 63 mm outer dia of pipe.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of ductile iron pressure pipe with socket & spigot ends having ISI stamping marking confirming to IS:8329/2000 in standard length of 5.50 - 6.00 meter of classification K-9 suitable for push on rubber tyton (gasket D-jointing) with cement mortar lining in the pipes having 100 mm bore, including aligning the pipes inside trenches as per IS:12288/1987 and testing the joints with required water pressure complete all as specified & directed. Note. (i) Cutting of pipe excavation, earth works and joints CI/DI specials shall be measured and paid for separately.

Taking up or down gate valve/ ball valve of size 15/20/25/32 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F ductile iron pipe fittings such as bends, tapers, tee pieces single branch, "Y" junction, collars, caps and plugs etc spigot socketed or flanged ends type of size upto 150 mm nominal bore conforming to IS-9520/2000 with pressure rating PN-1 (all the fittings shall be coated for rust prevention i.e. external coating zinc rich paint with finishing layer of bituminous as per Annexure - A of IS:9523/2000 and internal lining shall be of cement mortar with seal coat as per Annexure 'B' of IS-9523/2000) complete all as specified and directed. Material & Labour for rubber ring tyton push joints ISI marked suitable for spigot & socketed ends DI pipe and fittings for size upto 150 mm bore as per IS: 5382 with jointing material complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting to existing CI/DI/GI pipe line of size 80 to 150 mm dia required for repair/replacement of pipe line and insertion of collars/tail pieces, tee etc including dewatering of pit if any complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and earth work if any shall be measured and paid for separately.

Taking up or down old unserviceable sluice valve/ butterfly valve any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F cast iron butterfly Valve 150 mm dia conforming to BS:5155, MSS SP 67 & APT 609 and designed to fit including gaskets between mating flanges. The valves shall be suitable for flow in either direction and seal in both directions including nut bolt and washer, welding, cutting and any other work for fixing of pipe line complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs cast iron non rising sluice valve, of size 80 mm bore with wheel SS spindle, flanged ends PN-1.6 ISI marked as per IS:14846/ 2000 and CI operating wheel including gasket, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item Sr No 38 here-in-before but 100 mm bore.

Material and labour in repairs for construction of valve chamber of size internal dimensions (60 X60 X 60)cms by using 100mm thick 1:4:8 in foundation, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in mass concrete, brick work with sub class'B' bricks in CM (1:3) of thickness 23 cms, coping with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), rendering 15mm thick on brick masonry wall surface in cement mortar (1:4) flooring with 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), laid over 75mm thick hard core including supply and fixing of mild steel sheet cover made out of 3 mm thick plain black sheet with 3 No's 150 mm long mild steel butt hinges, welded to angle iron frame and shutter including handle and locking arrangement, angle iron frame made out of 25 x 25 x 3mm thick (Fe-290-Gde-E-165) complete including painting to mild steel work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for framed work as in repairs such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings, nut, bolt framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed. Note. All T&P/Scaffolding required at any site i.e. on ground ,undergound and OH tanks/Multi Storey building etc shall be arranged by the contractor and rates for the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for cutting the existing road/PCC for passing pipe and making good the disturbed surfaces by using 100 mm thick 1:4:8 (in foundation) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in mass concrete average width and depth of cuttings shall be 300mm x 450mm complete all as specified and specified.

Supply and fixing in repairs ball brass valves 20mm dia, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item Sr No here-in-before 46 but 15 mm bore.

Supply and fixing 3-layer PP-R Tank connector of outer dia 25 mm complete all specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded stone agg) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete as in posts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 fixed as in repair complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but 10 cm long diameter of neck 11to 15mm sutable for fixing base plate complete all as specified and directed.

S& F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine with and including passing the pipe of any type of size 15 mm to 100 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of exisiting butterfly valve and motor by removing the electric connection and shifting the motor to work shop for repair, including lathwork for making thread and any other work and electric circuit, replacement of electric part, gear any type, nut and bolts, as per requirement and refixing the same in its orginal position and testing as per direction of Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing 16 inch mechanical butterfly valve by gas cutting from exisiting MS pipe, breaking/ cutting of existing PCC flooring dismantling Joint and flange by welding, and shifting of unsv mech butterfly valve to civil work shop for repair of gear any type including lath work, greasing, replacement of following parts and refixing the same in its original position with and including necessary PCC work and testing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS flange 16" dia, minimum thickness 25 mm

Supply only rubber gaskit of size 16 " dia.

Supply only cast iron collar joint of size 16" dia.

Supply only nut and bolt with two washer (dia of bolt 20 mm and length 240mm).

S & F CI NRV 200 mm dia shall and designed to fit including gaskets conforming to IS : 5312-I. The valves shall be suitable for flow in one direction and seal in both directions including nut, bolt and washer, welding, cutting and any other work for fixing of pipe line as in repair completed all as specified and directed.

S & F CI NRV 150 mm dia shall and designed to fit including gaskets conforming to IS : 5312-I. S & F CI NRV 100 mm dia shall and designed to fit including gaskets conforming to IS : 5312-I. The valves shall be suitable for flow in one direction and seal in both directions including nut bolt and washer, welding, cutting and any other work for fixing of pipe line as in repair completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting/welding of existing iron structure for making doors/windows/wicket gates including (gas or arc) welding the hinges for pivotal movement upto 180 degree all as directed by Engr -in-charge.Note : Each Job includes welding of 4 Hinges suitable to take the load of Shutter or grill or gates as per requirement of site.
