Amount

Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel,stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B and Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand,or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock requiring blasting .

Refilling the trenches with excavated earth (other than sand) in layers and watering, ramming and consolidation as per standard specification etc complete and as directed by Engineer in charge

Supply and delivery of following sizes of DI K9 Class s/s pipes as per IS: 8329 / 2000, at the site of work etc., complete and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Lowering of DI pipes and Specials in the trenches and Laying to proper grade and alignment and as directed by the departmental officers.

Jointing CI/DI-S/S pipes and Specials with rubber gaskets (tyton joints) including cost of lubricants.(including all cost of jointing materials).

Cutting the DI pipes true to axis and finishing the ends complete.

Barricading work (Where,There is less traffic areas and broader roads etc.) for laying of pipe line using casurina poles at 1.50m center to center (8 cm to 10 cm dia and 1.80m height) vertical with horizontal poles in three rows including painting the vertical poles in the road facing sides with ready mix paint,tying the vertical and horizontal poles with coir rope including fixing charges and fixing 75mm dia reflectors incluidng earth work excavation for fixing vertical post and finally removing and stacking the materials safely for further use etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and Delivery of MS specials with inside lining / epoxy coating as per IS 13260-1993 and outside coating with cement mortar 20mm thick as per IS 1916-1989 and IS 7322-1985.at site etc., complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply , delivery and fixing of DI S/S standard and non standard specials as per IS: 1538 - 1986 at site etc., complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply, delivery to site, fixing & Commisioning of CI sluice valve to pressure rating PN1.6 with ISI mark, for Scour confirming to IS 14846/2000 with necessary rubber insertions, bolts & nuts including loading & unloading ,transporting charges taxes & duties etc. complete at site as per standard specification and as directed by engineers of the following sizes.

Supply delivery to site, fixing & Commisioning of PN 1.6 rating with Double orifice 150 mm Air valves as per IS 14846/2000 specifications including loading and unloading at site, transporting charges taxes and duties etc., as directed by the engineers of the following sizes.

Testing of pipes for water supply with hydrallic testing equipmets by filling with water (including cost of water ) and testing to recommended pressure in convenient stretches and attending the brusts if any occurred during the test,excluding the cost of pipes but including other incidential and operational charges etc.,complete.
