S & F power coated aluminium frame for doors , windows , ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleats for fixing complete all as spd and directed (Min thickness of power coating 50 micron)

S & F anodised aluminium powder coated door shutters, aluminium section weighing average not less than 1.00kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminum handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum tower bolt 200 mm long, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. including taking down old existing shutters complete all as specified.

M&L in repair double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty.

S&F in repair aluminium (extruded section) body door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair tubular, towel rail brass chromium plated 20mm dia D type 60cm long between flanges all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair brass CP flushing jet including pipe of suitable length with brass check nut for European type closet including fixing to 15mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair health faucet (ABS Body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15mm dia pipe with 1.25 metere long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel plate rack size 900mmx600mm x250 mm deep made out of 1mm thick sheet complete all as specified and directed.

S &F stack clamps (110 mm pipe) out of 50 mm by 5 mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays, incl bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof

All as per item no 152 above but 75 mm bore

S & F in reapir mortice lock vertical type size 100 mm 4 levers mild steel

Note: A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
