CERTAIN REPAIR / MAINT WORKS TO SEWAGE NETWORK INCLUDING CLEANING AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS OF AREAS EAST OF SOLAPUR HIGHWAY AT MIC and S UNDER GE (S) AHILYANAGAR

Demolition of brick/ block built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar of any description, above or below GL, including in foul conditions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc,. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth (measured one metre above ground level) and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres outside the periphery of the area under clearance, for areas near septic/soakage wells and along the alignment of sewage line as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth, in any type of soil for foundation, laying pipes for drains or manholes etc, n exc. 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surfaces to required level/slope etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick with soils, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance exc 250m and not exc 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specfied and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.
