Annual operation and routine maintenance contract for 3 X 300 TR AC plant i/c ancillary installations like AHU, cooling towers, VRV/VRF AC system and CMC of tower and cassette ACs, split ACs, water coolers and RO water purifier UVGI, AOP Cell etc.

Operation and daily routine maintenance of HVAC system of 3 Nos. X 300 TR capacity and VRV/VRF air-conditioning system in two shifts, including Sundays & holidays, national holidays by engaging of manpower as mentioned in the tender terms & conditions. System comprising of chillers, cooling towers, all pumps, Terminal building AHU's, LT Panels, Control Panels, VFD's, BMS & Load manager system, VRV/VRF air-conditioning system of terminal building and ATC cum Technical block etc. including monitoring, recording of various parameters of HVAC system as per detailed specifications, terms and conditions of agreement as required. (Manpower as sepecified in Tender Document)

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance contract (AICMC) of central HVAC system comprising of the following main components. The job includes attending to complaints, repairs/rectifications, supply & replacement of any required spares/accessories/parts consumables, rewinding works, periodic inspections, Schedule/ preventive/breakdown maintenance as per tender terms & conditions as required. (Excluding comprehensive maintenance contract for 3 X 300 Tr. Chillers)

Air Handling Unit of different capacity including control panels/instrumentation & all other accessories - 33 Nos. Ultra Violet Germicidal Irradiation (UVGI) system and Ultra Fresh Advanced Oxidation Plasma (AOP) Cell system technology installed in all 33 AHUs and Packaged AC. (UVGI Lamp 108W-35 Nos., 83W-26 Nos. and associated Driver-33 Nos.) (AOP Cell 26W-78 Nos. and associated Driver-37 Nos.)

(All the incoming & outgoing cables are covered in the scope of work only for maintenance & fault finding. Replacement of defective cables is not covered in the scope of item)
