Excavation over areas in soft/ loose soil n. exc. 1.50m deep and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not.exc 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation or for shafts, wells, cesspit, manholes, sewage lines, for erection of poles, stays, laying cables, stays etc., n.exc 10sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/ loose soil each hole n. exc. 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50m and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard / dense soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil exceeding 250m and not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm,deposited, spread and levelled in layer not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, kerbs, channels, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius with old size bricks built in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in posts and struts in nfencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire etc flat iron fillet for securing wire mesh etc., including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work.etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Grade E-165 (MS pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 11mm to 15mm dia Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base of floor / hard standing all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick/ concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying three coats of white wash including preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘B’ complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm girth or width and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
