Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil, each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming moorum or broken rubble mixed with moorum in layers n.exc 25cm around foundation concrete as ordered, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed. S & F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based trapizoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick (overall) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry/concrete surfaces, mixed with water proofing liquid @ 150ml per 50 Kg bag of cement and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed. M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (14+13.4)

M & L for mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 as in hold fast of flat iron bands, straps, supports or stays for rain water, ventilating pipes cut to length, bend to shap including bolts if required and wall tie, clamps etc., and including preparing surfaces and treated with tar and sanded with clean sharp sand complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 0.71 mm thick Plain, Aluminium sheeting, Alloy 31000 H4 in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick,complete, all as specified and directed.(10.7+9.9+5.8)

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling under floor, in sunken floors etc complete all as specified and directed. (14.9+2.4)

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick masonry/concrete surfaces, mixed with water proofing liquid @ 150ml per 50 Kg bag of cement and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. M & L for 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 meter in depth for foundation, laying of cable, pole etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as directed. (76+7.4+9.7)

M & L for Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate , in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Volume occupied by PCC Bond stones shall not be measured against this item and the same will be measured and paid under the respective item here-in before.

M&L for Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in Cement Mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

S& F Galvanised mild steel wire cloth, 0.63mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanised wire staples etc complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for filling back weep holes with 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in PVC (SWR) pipes as in weep holes embedded properly in masonry while construction complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick protection for UG XLPE cable with sub class 'B' bricks, old size laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick 10mm with width equal to length of brick in trenches across the cable complete all as directed.

Supplying, Fixing/laying, jointing and testing and commissioning, LT under ground cables, 1100 Volts grade, XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminuim conductors, laid in trenches, ducts/fixed on poles/walls/laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-

2 core 16 Sqmm Notes :- (a) Excavation & earth work, shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the BOQ against B/R items. (b) GI pipe for laying of cable, sand cushioning, cable protection cover shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the BOQ (c) Road cutting involved during excavation for laying of cables etc shall be made good as per existing road. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates of the item shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

S & F MCB DB single pole and neutral 8 way with 200 Amp rated bus bar double door with IP 54 IK 09 complete all as specified and directed.
