Disconnecting from mains and taking down for servicing of Water Cooler of Capacity 40/80, 60/120, Ltrs including cleaning of cooling coil, air filters , condenser, compressors, fan motor etc with vacuum cleaner or cleaning solution including checking the serviceability of electrical/electronic circuits relays, wiring kit, thermostat switches knobs, fan and blower, etc., and keeping the Water cooler unit in satisfactory working condition after necessary servicing/ repair/ replacement of defective spares as required and installation in same location complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- 1. Replacement of defective spares for making the water cooler units in satisfactory working condition will be measured & paid separately under relevant items and Transportation & labour charges for taking down old spares and fixing of new spares shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted above.

Dismanling and removing defective compressor and supply and fixing (in repairs) new sealed compressor of approved make obtained from authorised dealers submitting Warranty certificate & test certificates from manufacturer/authorised dealers including charging of refrigerent gas R-134A, commissioning and testing Water Coolers of 40/80 Ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.15 above but Water Coolers of 60/120 Ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable PVC connection pipe and Supply and Fixing of PVC connections 15 mm dia bore with PTMT nuts of length 900 mm complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cutting and removing the rusted/ worn out portions of the water cooler bottom / base of any make/ size and making new base with MS sheet and angle iron of the existing gauge and size, including provision of standing legs made either with sheets or angle iron and also carried out two coats of black synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide all as specified and directed .

Dismantling of existing repairable Refrigerators of any make and from its position after disconnecting electric connections, transporting from site to contractor's workshop for carrying out repairs and renewal/replacement of parts, reassembling and transporting back to the site including installation of the same on the same location and making electric connection etc, all as specified and directed. Note :- Parts renewed shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items.

Note for Item No 32 & 33:- (i) Refrigerant gas will be measured and paid saperatlt under respactive item here in after. (ii) Compressor should be accompanied by Purchase voucher from authorised dealer of manufacturer and manufacturer's test certificate. Taking down/ Collecting of unserviceable voltage stabilizer of capacity 0.5 to 5 KVA from the MES store yard of AGE AC(OTBH) or dismantling the same from site and transporting to contractors workshop for locating the fault including checking the serviceability of electrical/electronic circuits relays and replacement of defective spare parts , reassembling after making connections, testing by applying low and high voltage input to get the 230 volts correct output and transporting back the same to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge Note :- 1. Taking down unserviceable indoor unit of split type AC of any make and supply & fixing new indoor unit complete set suitable for 1.5 TR capacity complete all as directed.

-ditto- all as per item No. 137 above but spilt type Air Conditioner of capacity 2 TR.

Supply & fixing heavy duty copper pipe 6 mm (1/4") dia/ bore complete including insulation brazing, welding, nuts, bolts and screws of required size including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

-ditto- all as per item No. 139 above but copper pipe 12 mm (1/2") dia/ bore.
