Annual maintenance work including periodic and preventive maintenance work including periodic and preventive maintenance of equipment at 132/33 kV GSS, Chandil-II (Manikui) for the period from 01.06.2026 to 31.03.2027 (for 10 months)

Preventive/Routine Maintenance of Grid Substation with the help of as 01 no. Highly skilled, 02 nos. of Skilled, 02 nos. of Unskilled as per provided daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly maintenance schedule of various EHT & LT equipments provided by Engineer Incharge & as per direction of Engineer Incharge.

Laying of Control Cable

Supply of Hydra / Crane (upto 8MT Capacity) as per requirement

Additional

Complete Overhauling of 50 MVA Transformer Cooling Fans with supply of all materials if required

Transportation of materials & equipments through truck/pickup upto 3MT including loading,unloading of the materials.

(ii) 50km<distance<100km

Repair and Overhauling of 3ph Sub-mersible pump including materials, lifting & lay down of Sub-mersible pump from Borewell , repair of water supply pipe all complete job & Transporation cost.

Repair of 132 KV SF6 Breaker 1Φ spring charged motor if required

Repair of 33 KV VCB 1Φ spring charged motor if required

Testing transformer oil by recognized laboratory including supply of sampling bottle

Erection, Connection, Testing & Commissioning of following equipment with Crane/derrick at site including handling the material/equipments carefully at site including labour charges for all incidental and operational items of work ( Excluding Cost of Transportation Charges from Store to Site.)

Dismantling of following equipments with Crane/derrick at site including handling the material/equipments carefully at site including labour charges for all incidental and operational items of work (Excluding Cost of Transportation Charges from Store to Site.)

Air Condition maintenance charges

Filtration of transformer oil (if m/c supplied by firm)( for Power transformer,SST,CT and PT)
