Supply of Followings Materials at 132KV Sub Station Budaun under E.T.D., Budaun : Rotary Head Assembly suitable for Fixing on Hivelm make 132KV Isolator as per Sample. The Rotary Head Assembly shall comprise of 2 Halves and both Halves connected with Copper Roller Bearing Assembly comprising of 6 No. Tapered Roller Bearings duly Fitted with Bar, Spring & Pin and Fixed with each other with Centrally Mounted Stainless Steel Threaded Shaft in Top Half. The Bottom Half shall comprise of Electrolytic Copper Bowl (OD 120mm, ID 104mm) in Tapered Shape in its Top Edge duly Fitted in LM-6 Aluminium Alloy Bowl (OD 144mm, ID 141mm) with the help of 4 No. HDG 60×12mm size Bolts, Nuts & Washers and the Top Half shall comprise of Electrolytic Copper Bowl (OD 120mm, ID 104mm) in Tapered Shape in its Top Edge duly Fitted in LM-6 Aluminium Alloy Bowl (OD 160mm, ID 150mm) with the help of 4 No. HDG 60×12mm size Bolts, Nuts & Washers. The Top Aluminium Alloy Bowl will have Tail Shaped Terminal Connector Casted in Single Piece for Fixing of Single ACSR Panther Conductor with the help of 6 No. 75×12mm size G.I. Bolts, Nuts & Washers.
