Complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer with 3mm thick wall putty to achieve smooth finish all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, soffits of chajja, cornices etc and applying two coats of exterior weather roof paint over a coat primer white or tinted upto triple storey building including scaffolding arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for scrapping/ taking down carefully of damaged loosed cement concrete and RCC substrata in and around spilled area and disposal of scrapped/ damaged materials obtained and cleaning with emery cloth and sand paper of exposed corroded re-bars by chiselling out enough cavity to access entire dia of corroded re-bars and applying pidilite silicon over cleaned exposed re-bars for corrosion prevention and rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces mixed with liquid water proofing admixture as per the manufactures instructions and applying surface finishes to match the existing surface. Note : a) Steel used for re-bars and liquid water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid separately. b) Scaffolding required for repair work upto triple storied building and over head tank is inclusive in the quoted rate.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire annealed, not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips.

Removing the existing roof treatment of any description completely and remove all the debris from site and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding/ levelling course over roof slab mixed with Liquid water proofing admixture as per manufacture's instruction complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : LWPA shall be measured and paid separately )

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with Liquid water proofing admixture as per manufacture's instruction complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : LWPA shall be measured and paid separately )

Material & labour for water proofing treatment with APP modified prefabricated five layer water proofing membrane, not less than 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt black finished over compatible primer at 0.3 litre/Sqm, touching the membrane on whole surface uniformly while unrolling the membrane by LPG and sealed with trowel after necessary preparation of surface complete all as per manufactures instructions and finally finished with a coat of bit mastic aluminium paint over the membrane. The over lap joint shall be provided of 75mm in longitudinal direction and 100mm in transverse direction respectively. All the angles, abutments and the drainage outlets shall be sealed with extra care to ensure full bondage. Manufactures : IWL India Ltd/SAPL (ARGO-P) Hydrotech Ltd (Hydro flame)/STP. Note : The work shall be carried out be authorised applicators of manufactures

M&L for water proofing of flat/slope RCC roof surface including surface preparation to remove dust and loose particle with wire brush and by brooming with light air pressure and applying water proof chemicals to fill the fine pores and cracks and forms an impervious monolithic membrane inside the roof by spraying nano particles using a low pressure, after that one coat of acrolithic based primer and three coats of Dr Fixit New coat (each coat in different shades) or Equivalent etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M & L for removing and cleaning of existing crumple section and filling the joints and sealed with WAPSEAL PS (Polysulphide) sealant. Make : WAPSEAL PS (Polysulphide), Pidiseal 41G or Equivalent. Note : The work to be carried out by authorised applicator.

Taking down cement plaster of any description incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in two layers of 10mm thick and 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement, mixed with liquid water proofing admixture (as per manufactures instructions) all as specified. Note : Liquid water proofing admixture shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in ceiling and finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid waterproofing admixture.

M&L for Preparing of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat white wash all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer with 3mm thick wall putty on internal surfaces of walls.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of exterior weather proof paint over a coat primer white or tinted upto triple storey building including scaffolding arrangement on external surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint on external surfaces of walls.
