Demolition of brick work /stone masonary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar in walls and pillars complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in hard/dense including forming bottom surfaces to required levels/slope for drain/ channel/ foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15cm thick (below or above gounf level) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L brick work using sub class 'B' bricks in cm (1:6) straight or curved on plan exc 6m means radius complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

-Ditto- all as per ser item No 5 above but except brick as bricks obtained from old work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

-Ditto- all as per ser item No 7 above but except stone as stones obtained from old work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in drain coping etc wiith slightly chamferred or rounded angles including necessary form work if any, and finishing exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L PCC B0 (1:2:4) (using 12.50mm graded aggregate) as benching for drain with slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necassary form work if any finished exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30/45cm inner girth in cement concrete, using exra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Rendering 15mm thick in fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Demolition of reniforced cement concrete of any description in any position not other wise specifically provided including cutting of reniforcemet to facilate demolition.

M&L Pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1(20 mm graded aggregate) for cover slab set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

M&L for TMT bars 8mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including crancking and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

M/L 63 mm graded broken stone Hardcore,deposited ,spread and levelled in layers n ,exe 15cm thick,watered and rammend to a true surface all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate laid to slope 75mm thick as sub base all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

M&L PCC1:2:4 , type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate laid to slope 100mm thick all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Finishing surface of concrete by brooming while concrete in green position all as specified.

M&L hydrulic pressed coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30cm x 25mm,set,jointed and pointed in thick neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with white cements and pigments including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returnig, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m deposited where directed all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
