Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for coving, benching, coping etc at up to four storey including removing of rubbish from the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking Down old roof treatment of any description from roof upto Four storey Building including removing of old plaster, PCC, APP and any other type roof treatment and cleaning of surfaces of old concrete floor/ terrace by picking incl. taking down existing deteriorated / decayed tar felt PCC tiles or any type of treatment including loose surface, scraping with scraper, chiseling, scraping of surface with wire brush or any other method, sweeping clean & washing down with water to remove dust etc. complete and removing of rubbish from the premises all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials to a distance exceeding 250 mtr but not exceeding 500 mtr complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Rate quoted by contractor is for inclusive of loading, unloading and stacking/spreading at location as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Nothing will be paid in extra in this regard..

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type (B-0) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate mixed with water proofing as per manufacturer instructions as in roof padding/ Coving etc upto Four storey building complete all as specified and as directed. .

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, benching etc upto four storey complete all as specified and as directed. .

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3 % by weight of cement on concrete roof surface to maintain the proper slope of roof surface etc upto and including Four Storey complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing water proofing treatment with super thermo APP modified water proofing memberane in roof upto Four Storey building by Apply two coat of Bituminous base Aluminium paint @ 0.20Ltr/Sqm over One layer of APP based polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3 kg/Sqm consisting 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric shall be laid in roof surfaces with lap of 100 mm and the over lap shall be sealed by flame laid over one coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20Kg per Sqm over water base bitumenous primer @ 0.40 Ltr/Sqm over cleaned plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for Precast PCC plain factory made tiles, ISI marked, 22 mm thick of size 250 mm x 250 mm, fabricated using grey cement & no pigments laid over 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:3) bedding and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound over roof surfaces at upto Four storey complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantlings as in unframed work 40Sq Cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Roof trusses (framed), trussed,post,rafters, purlins, tube crane, gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, wind ties etc. conforming Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality ''A'' complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Second class hardwood as in scantlings and clean sawn timber framed and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Old roof sheet of any description (Asbestos corrugated, semi corrugated,polycarbonate, fibre glass sheet etc) as in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering incl ridge complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 6mm thick non asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc Fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/ stone masonary including raking out joints, hacking for scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for Brick work using old size of fly ash bricks with straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 as on ceiling, soffits of RCC shelves, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement in wall, chajjas, partiations complete all as specified and directed. NOTES: 1 WPC shall be measured and paid separately. 2. The rate quoted by contractor shall be inclusive upto G+2 storey buildings.
