Construction of 33KV line

1. a). Loading, Safe carriage & unloading of heavy stock material (other than pole) from any stores centres under PVVNL, depending upon the availability of material at Stores Centres, with loading & unloading at both ends respectively.

b). Loading, Safe carriage & unloading of 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm. XLPE Alumn.Cable, from any stores centres under PVVNL, depending upon the availability of material at Stores Centres, with loading & unloading at both ends respectively.

2. Making H.T.Connection of the proposed line from 33KV Line. The work consists of fixing & fabrication of Dropper Channels, & fixing of Disc Insulators, Pin Insulators, jumpering with P.G.Clamps, clamping and binding etc,as per site conditions.

3. Painting of following supports/structures of 33KVLine, with two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint after one coat of ready mix primer, including cost of all material, as well as rubbing/cleaning of surface as required for proper completion of work:- a). 33KV line isolator structure

b). Cable support structure

4. Line Isolator structure i). Fabrication of Structure, including cutting, straightening & drilling of holes in Channel/Angle.

ii). Excavation of earth-1x(1.10Mx0.60Mx1.0M)x2M

iii). Erection of Line Isolator structure in proper alignment

iv). Grouting of structure of size 1x(1.10Mx0.60Mx1.00M)x2M with C.C. ratio 1:3:6 (cement, sand, 20mm Stone grift).

v). Making plinth by C.C. ratio 1:3:6 (cement, sand, 20mm Stone grift) in size 1x(1.10Mx0.60Mx0.30M)x2M

vi). 12mm thick plastering on plinth in ratio 1:4 (cement : fine sand) of size-1x1x(1.10Mx0.30M)x1+1x(0.60M x0.30M) 1x1+1 x(1.10M x 0.60M)x2M

vii). Supply & fixing of stone pad.

5. Erection of 33KV line isolator on isolator structure with proper alignment & fitting.

6. 33KV Cable support structure. i). Fabrication of structure, including cutting, straightening, drilling of holes and electric welding.

ii). Excavation of earth (0.60Mx0.30Mx1.0M)x3

iii). Erection of 33KV cable support structure in proper alignment with stone Pad.

iv). Grouting of size (0.60Mx0.30Mx1.0M) with C.C. in ratio 1:3:6 (cement, sand, 20mm Stone grift)x3

v). Supply & fixing of stone pad.

7). Digging of Cable Trench of size 1050mmx500mm, for laying of 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm. Cable in single Ckt. along the Road.

8). Safe laying of 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm. XLPE Cable in Cable Trench to respective Double Pole.

9). Providing & Laying of Ist Class Bricks, along the length on both side of 33KV XLPE Cable in Cable Trench and Stone Slab of size 450x600x40mm on top of the Cable, including providing & filling River Sand inside the Bricks.

10). Back filling of excavated earth in the cable trench upto the ground level and ramming properly.

11). Providing and laying of HDPE Pipe PE-80, PN-6, DN-200mm dia Pipe for laying of 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm, XLPE Cable with HDD (trenchless) method.

12). Laying of 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm XLPE cable in HDPE Pipe PE-80, PN-6, DN-200mm dia by HDD trenchless method, as per site requirement.

13. Making of 33KV Outdoor type cable end termination by heat shrinkable XLPE Cable Jointing Kits and crimping with proper size aluminium lugs. Work includes providing Aluminum lugs, insulating tapes etc as per specifications.

14. Laying of 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm XLPE Cable in the air and mounting and clamping 2No. 33KV XLPE Boxes on double pole structure and making connection with 33KV over head line at both ends.

15. Providing and fixing 150mm dia 2mm thick 3M long G.I.Pipe over 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm XLPE Cable before mounting the 2No. Cable on double pole. Work includes fixing of Clamp, sealing of top and bottom end of the G.I.Pipe. One end of G.I.Pipe is to be buried under earth about 500mm.

16. Supply & fixing of cable route marker along the route of 33KV cable with proper grouted with proper painting & marking PVVNL, 33KV HT Cable.

17. Road restoration charges for 1Mtr wide Pucca Road (Cemented, Concrete & Black road only).

18. Cartage of empty cable drum from site to PVVNL store including loading & unloading at both ends respectively.
