Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal)

Preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and dusting/fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove dust,dirt etc and applying tack coat of bitumen VG-10 grade @ 5kg per ten sqm by mechanical sprayer and bituminous premix carpet 30mm thick(consolidated thickness) with 0.41 cubic meter of stone chippings mixed with 21.90 kg of paving bitumen (binder) VG-30 grade rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber and applying premixed sand seal coat with 0.06cum of sand mixed with 6.80kg of paving bitumen VG-30 grade applied and rolled to uniform smooth surfaces with 8 to 12 tonne power roller allas specified and directedn by using mechanical paver.

M&L for bitumenous premixed asphaltic semi-dense concrete 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder (Paving bitumenous VG-30 Grd) content by weight of total mix including prepration of existing black top/ unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning and cleaning surface with with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming tack coat of bitumen VG-10 grade @10Kg/10 Sqm by mechanical sprayer rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and and applying premixed sand seal coat with 0.06cum of sand mixed with 6.80kg of paving bitumen VG-30 grade applied and rolled to uniform smooth surfaces with 8 to 12 tonne power roller all as specified and directedn by using mechanical paver.

S&F in repair Cat eye two way reflective of size 110x120x 23.5 mm with Aluminium body with reflective panels Amber/Red/White Make- Dark Eye (DA- 972) or 3M/Road Star

M&L for marking 2.00mm thick centre line, stop line, dashes, arrows, brackets & similar work on road surfaces as per IRC pattern with thermo plastic paint of approved make & mix with 8% mica with special applicator machine complete & traffic diversion arrangement.

M&L for 75mm thick approved soil/moorum brought outside MD land including spreading and levelling in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick and well ramming including watering as required complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.
