1.The Railway reserves the right to procure entire or bulk quantity from the RDSO Approved Vendors or the supplier with tender specific authorization from the RDSO Approved Vendors. Firm must mentioned Model and make against their bid. Materials must be supply as per specification mentioned in description. Clause 16.3 of general Tender Condition of Eastern Railway will be applicable in this case. 2. RDSO approved vendor under UVAM for ITEM ID 3100653 & Sub item id is 3100653009 shall be considered for offer on the date of closing for the tender. 3. Authorized dealer of RDSO approved sources need to upload current and valid authorization certificate along with e-bid failing which their offers liable to be rejected.

The bidder agrees to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by him in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and [or] special Conditions and [or] other Conditions specified/attached with the tender.
