Fabrication / replacement of components of Rig Machine P-3000 deployed at Chak Dina Datriyal Tube Well

Dismounting of main shaft from the Rig Machine by way of dismantling of all the clutches viz. spudding friction clutch, bull reel friction clutch & counter shaft friction clutch and other mountings from the shaft. Carriage of main shaft along with all the fitments such as clutches plumber blocks, main pulley and other allied items in the truck to the workshop. Then fabrication of new shaft of dimensions 140 mm dia. and 2975 mm long out of M.S. Rod of EN-8 material. Then turning the shaft as per original shape and polishing to the exact size as per sample. Fabrication and fitting of clutch pinion with brackets-2 Nos., plumber blocks bushes of G.M. -3 Nos., clutch holding fingers-12 Nos. & bush to V –Belt pulley. The job further includes making of the key ways, fabrication of new locking pins, nuts/bolts as per requirements. Then providing and fitting of floating fiber platesto each clutch plate. Servicing to all the bearings and greasing them properly. Refitting of all the clutches/plumber blocks/ assemblies on the shaft.Carriage of main shaft along with all the fitments from the workshop to the siteby Mechanical Transport.Mounting of the main shaft on the Rig Machine and refitting by using fixtures. Then testing the Rig Machine by drilling the bore hole. The job includes the cost of material as well as labour charges. Note:- Rebate on account of cost of old/damaged/unserviceable parts is to be quoted percentage wise
