All as per item No.2 above, but exc 1.5 M depth and n.exc 3.0 in depth, for foundations and getting out in Soft/Loose soils

Moorum/red bajri, good earth filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in any type of soils, complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 M above the starting point in any type soils.

Removing excavated material upto a distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100m and depositing where directed at level n exc. 1.5mtr above the starting point soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for AAC block masonry with 200mm thick, Grade-1 AAC blocks of density 551 to 650 Kg/cum, confirming to IS-2185 (Part-3) n superstructure above plinth level upto required level with RCC band at beam/lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel framed work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long & diameter of neck 5 to 10mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound all as specified and directed. Note: water proofing compound shall be measured and paid under respective items.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.50 mm graded aggregates in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones , bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including formwork, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 600mm dia punched tape concertina coil as per IS-4454 with galvanised coating and punched tape material as per IS-513 deep drawn quality with galvanising coating having medium barbs (barb length: 24+1mm, pitch between barbs 35+1mm) fixed in position and secured to both sides of shaped angle iron posts, stretched to a length of 6m to achieve 600mm dia,, weighing 9 Kg (+5% without handles and spikes) as in fencing to steel post and to another coil/MS ribs including fixing with special galvanised fasteners such as J clips, C clips, U clips, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Running length of the wall shall be measured for payment purpose.

S&F for mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle of grade Fe-410 W (Gde E-250 Quality B) or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic exterior emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 m/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including one priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces as recommended by the manufacturer all as specified and as directed Note : Rate shall be included for necessary scaffolding and safety measures where required at site. Make : Asian Paints (Apex ultima) / Berger (All Guard) / Weather Shield Max Exterior Acrylic from ICI Dulux.

M&L for Preparing new steel surface of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide/Zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and as directed

S&F letters made with Titanium gold metal, 1mm thick sheet and suitable width according to the font and 30cm height and in ARIAL font etc., fix in granite slab with necessary arrangement incl drilling holes and using suitable filler materials and making good, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Placement of letters in required shape and design shall be approved by GE.

Supply and fix Indian Coast Guard Emblem/Logo 60cm height and 60cm wide made out of 1mm thick Titalium gold metal sheet, including fixing arrengement on granite slab/MS Gate etc., complete all as directed.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick Granite stone slabs (Black galaxy) work (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, walls, window cills, cooking platforms and like, laid over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in CM 1:4, jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixiture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick pre-formed filler for expansion joints, complete all as specified and directed
