REPAIRS TO SEWAGE LINE, SEPTIC TANK, RETAINING WALL, HARD STANDING WORK, STREET LIGHT AND CONNECTED WORKS AT 799 SU AF STN AND PERIODICAL SERVICES AND CERTAIN B/R WORKS AT AF STN KURSEONG UNDER GE (AF) BAGDOGRA

Cleaning and removing of blockage of any type of sludge /efflucent etc in sewage pipe line of 150mm internal dia from manhole and well flushing with water manually with the help of green bamboo or any other mechanical method as deemed fit including taking off and replacing manhole cover etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Depth of manhole n.exc 1.50 Mtr).

All as per ser item No 1 above, but depth of manhole ex. 1.5 m to 3.00 m complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockages from Nahani trap to Gully trap by Roding etc and cleaning the sludge from NT taking up and refixing the grating in CM (1:3) including testing by pouring the water until smooth flow complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Each time cleaning of blockage shall be paid and measured separately.

Cleaning of blockages from Gully trap to 1st Manhole length of sewer line not exceeding 5m by rodding etc and cleaning all sludge from Gully trap to 1st Manhole including pouring water until the smooth flow and necessary earth work and disposed of sludge etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Each time cleaning of blockage shall be paid and measured separately.

Cleaning of blockages from water closet including cleaning the soil pipe by removing the access door cover in the bend and refixing it after cleaning the pipe, pouring water until smooth flow etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Each time cleaning of blockage shall be paid and measured separately.

Cleaning of blockages from wash hand basin/sink including cleaning the soil pipe by removing the access door cover in the bend and refixing it after cleaning the pipe, pouring water until smooth flow etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Each time cleaning of blockage shall be paid and measured separately.

Cleaning of septic tank including filter bed by bailing out fluid, decomposed materials sludge etc. scraping and washing the wall with fresh water and disposal of decomposed materials, sludge etc. outside MD land complete all as specified and directed for the following of septic tanks :- Note 1:- Sludge / de-composed materials obtained from cleaning shall be removed outside MD land by mechanical sewage cleaning tankers. Note 2 :- Rate inclusive of clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings shurbs and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth upto 3 mtrs around the septic tank and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 mtrs outside the periphery of the area. For 50 users septic tank.

All as per ser item No7 above, but 25 users septic tank complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering / desilting from septic tank by using mechanical pump set and discharging for disposal out side the MD land and spreading required bleaching powder over the area complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement or lime mortar including all quoints, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.
