Planning, Designing, and Construction on EPC Basis multistoried RCC framed structure building NURSING COLLEGE BUILDING (G+3) with support MEP, Fire Detection,Fire Fighting services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer-in-charge by incoprating stipulated specification and adopting NBC-2016 norms , Indian Nursing Council norms & IS Codes and guidelines complete in all respect. Note :- Plinth Area shall be measured for the actual constructed.

Planning, Designing and construction of Civil External development works (B (i-xi) , Earth Cutting/Filling Work /Levelling, External & Internal Road, Pavements, External Sewerage, Filter Water Supply, Unfiltered Water Supply, CCTV, LAN, Storm Water drains, Rain Water Harvesting, Street Lighting with LED and approval of the same by the Engineer- in-Charge

Supplying installation testing and commissioning of silent type D.G. Set, AMF Panel, Bus Trunking /cables from DG Set to essential panel, control cable, Earthing of DG Set and AMF Panel, DG set exhaust piping as per CPCB norms and minor allied works. (Capacity of 300 KVA).

Supplying installation testing and commissioning of 13 Passenger Lift with all accessories and fittings.
