Applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer including necessary preparation of new plastered wall surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) and Preparation of new plastered wall surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over one coat of primer and putty on wall surface etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally,for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or squaring with clips, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for making bore below the road for crossing the GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia for cable protection and fill the putty on both sides of the GI pipe after crossing the armoured cable to avoid the water inside complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
