SH-I (CAPITAL PORTION) Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of K4 or higher - Tested and crash rated (In either directions) “Electro – Hydraulic Retractable bollards in complete as a system” along with all related connections for main approach road / operational vehicle gate comprising a minimum of 4/5/6/8 bollards of 850/1000mm height (nominal) and 220 / 275 mm dia (nominal) made up of heavy steel cylindrical weldment along with all other accessories like provision of Manual operation during power off, Hydraulic Power Pack/Unit with accumulator, safety interlock detector, Self priming sump pump for draining water, Hydraulic Power Pack/Unit with accumulator, control and logic circuit ” in a weather proof enclosure with provision for integrating with external Access control system like loop detectors, crash pads etc. if any, with an Axle load bearing capacity of Road/Base plate of 20 tons (Min), Operational alerts /System alerts with Blinking LED, Audio signal during Operation, including cement concrete foundation for panel, supply & laying of cables in suitable HDPE/DWC/GI Pipes (upto 30 Meter), connections, interconnections etc. complete as per site requirement and meeting the technical specifications and work specifications complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (crash rating test certificate from accredited authority shall be submitted by bidder)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of “Electro- Hydraulic tyre killer / Spike Barrier” along with all related connections for main approach road / operational vehicle gate. The system shall consist of hydraulic automatic spike barrier of nominal length 4 meters made of AISI 304 galvanized steel, spike having a nominal dia of 25mm, height of 450mm, width 500mm, spacing between spikes of 100mm, at an angle of 60 deg. suitable to work on 230V (1-Phase) / 415V (3-Phase) 50Hz AC supply along with all other accessories like provision of Manual operation during power off, Hydraulic Power Pack/Unit with accumulator, safety interlock detector, Self priming sump pump for draining water, control and logic circuit in a weather proof enclosure with provision for integrating with external Access control system like loop detectors, crash pads etc. if any, with an Axle load bearing capacity of Road/Base plate of 20 tons etc. including all accessories, supply & laying of cables in suitable HDPE/DWC/GI Pipes (upto 30 Meter), connections, interconnections, civil foundation work, cutting the roads fixing the Tyre killers, concrete work etc. complete as per technical specifications of contract and work specifications complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of 4 core x 25 Sqmm. XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV Grade confirming to IS:7098 (Part 1) with upto date amendment etc. complete as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4 X 25 sq. mm (28 mm)

Providing and Fixing of 50 mm dia (medium class) G. I. pipes i/c digging work of 2 feet depth & 1 feet width for the road crossing & filling the surface with 1:3:6 PCC of 1 feet width and 4 inches deep complete as required.

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity and pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required. 63 A, 35 KA, FP MCCB

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut, bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required

SH-II (R & M Portion) All Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of the equipments mentioned in Item No. 01 (a, b, c) & 02 (a, b) after completion of One year Defect Liability Period
