Civil Work SCHEDULE OF QUANTITIES FOR EPC WORK

Demolition of existing RCC structures of parking, pavers, road, kerbstone etc as approved by Engineer-in-Charge complete and taking away all fetched material out of campus within 30 days after completing demolition part as approved by Engineer-in-Charge complete

Construction of multi-level car parking RCC framed structure with singleBasement + Ground + Twostories+ Terrace for parking car including structural designing and planning & design of services by incorporating stipulated specifications for Civil and horticulture works and building the same, adopting conventional concrete construction system completei/c handing over the same after O&M period with all assets created as per scope of work&as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Basements for parking and other services along with foundation (of any type as per soil strata) complete work in all respect as per scope of work & measured as Plinth Area as per Specifications given and drawings attached in this document.

Super Structure (Ground to Terrace Floor) complete in all respect as per scope of work & measured as Plinth Area as per Specifications given and drawings attached in this document.

Terrace Floor (open) for parking car complete in all respect as per scope of work & measured as Plinth Area as per Specifications given and drawings attached in this document.

Development of whole premises, Infrastructure facilities of the project required as per scope of work and drawings attached complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, which includes: (a) Roads, paths, water-supply system, sewerage system, Overhead & under Ground tanks, Sign boards, open parking space, RCC box type drainage system & Rain water Harvesting system including recharge wells/ pits etc.

Horticulture works complete as per scope of work in this document including irrigation system, planters, landscaping on open land area and other related works such as filling of good earth, fertilizers, chemicals, ground covering vegetation’s, grassing, tree plantation etc. complete as per drawing and specificationas per scope of work & direction of Engineer-in-charge

For E&M Works

Providing and ITC of Complete Electrical Installation i/c IEI in complete MLCP Construction area as per minimum inventory attached as Annexure -I ( E&M) including LED fixtures, Street light poles along with fixtures on approach road , external lighting , terrace lighting etc complete as per technical specifications and additional conditional attached etc as required.

SITC of Parking Management System , Parking Guidance System i/c UPS ( 30 KVA on line dedicated for PMS, PGS ) , sensors , all Display systems,all signages , Ticketing system , boom barriers ( 4 Nos ) servers , controllers , Porta Cabin (4 Nos ) , all required components , all wiring etc complete as per Technical specifications and additional conditional attached .

SITC of DC EV charger i/c dedicated Electrical Panel with sufficient capacity and outgoings as per requirement of DC EV Charger , all wiring , incoming in the panel from main LT Panel should be compact bus bar with all required , wiring etc complete as per Technical specifications and additional conditional attached .

SITC of Fire fighting system (Wet Riser + Sprinkler system), Water curtains ,Manually Operated Fire Alarm System on all floors , Automatic fire detection system in basement , Fire Extinguishers and all required provisions in complete construction area of MLCP as per requirements of Delhi fire service and NBC -2016 Complete etc as required as per Technical specifications and additional conditional attached.

SITC of CCTV system in complete construction area of MLCP i/c terrace having all cameras , servers , Storage system , VMS , client Machine , LED Display and all required components, all wiring etc complete as per technical specifications and additional conditional attached .

SITC of Pressurized Mechanical Ventillation in the basement with supply duct of exhaust blowers ( in basement area only ) and Pressurization system in all lift lobby and staircases and all provisions required in i/c all fans , ducts , all components as per requirements of Delhi fire service and NBC -2016 Complete etc as required .

SITC of 13 Passengers lift( B+G+2+Terrace ) i/c all required components , controllers , all wiring required etc complete as per technical specifications and additional conditional attached etc as required.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of silent type 100 KVA DG set, AMF panel, Bus trunking / cables from DG set to essential panel, control cable, earthing for DG set and AMF panel, DG set exhaust piping as per CPCB norms and minor allied works.

Sitc of 2 X 630 KVA substation i/c HT Panels , Dry type Transformes , Compact AL bus trunking APFC Panel ,Main LT Panel , essential panel , different panels at different locations in all the constructed area and feeder pillar for terrace and outside lighting / displays etc as per requirement , all cables , Controls , i/c all required accessories complete as per technical specifications and additional conditional attached etc as required..

SITC of water cooler 150/200 Ltr capacity in SS body and RO of suitable capacity i/c all accessories complete as per technical specifications and additional conditional attached etc as required.

SITC of Split AC 2 TR capacity , inverter type , 5 star i/c MS stand , cu piping , all cu wiring as per requirement all accessories complete etc as per technical specifications and additional conditions attached etc as required.

SITC of On-line UPS of suitable Capacity with 30 minutes back up alongwith SMF Batteries and MS stand and all accessories for complete CCTV systems, emergency lights and exit sign boards etc. as per technical specifications and additional conditional attached etc as required.

SITC of Water Supply Monoblcok Pump set with one number pump set AND 01 No standby pump set of suitable HP (for supply of water in MLCP at BHIKAJI CAMA PLACE in complete construction area i/c basement, all floors and terrace under this agreement) i/c Electrical Panel , starters , piping , wiring , cable trays , cables , wiring , heavy duty valves , all accessories, all required components complete etc as per technical specifications and additional conditional attached etc as required.

SITC of Mono submersible (suitable HP) Drainage pump set with one number as standby in each drain water sumps at different location in basement i/c substation area (for MLCP AT BHIKAJI CAMA PLACE in complete construction area under this agreement) i/c Electrical Panel , starters , piping , wiring , cable trays, cables , wiring , all accessories, all required components complete as per technical specifications and additional conditional attached etc as required.

Maintenance & Housekeeping Work For Civil Works

Providing maintenance and housekeeping services for two years for all assets created out of this agreement after completion of project, subsuming the defect liability period of two years after completion of original work as enshrined in respective clause of GCC, including deputing maintenance staff of required trades,complete job in all aspects

a) First year (from 1st day to 365th day) after completion of the project (in Part –A)

b) Second year (from 366th day to 730th day) after completion of the project (in Part –A)

For E&M Works

Operation & Maintenance for all installed E&M Services i/c consumables at site (except filling diesel for 100 KVA DG Set) under Part-A of E & M services as per specifications & additional condition attached complete etc as required.

a) First year (from 1st day to 365th day) after completion of the project (in Part –A)

b) Second year (from 366th day to 730th day) after completion of the project (in Part –A
