Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead 10m & initial life of 2 m in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, mixed with small size boulders HGS (SS.20B) a) Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton hard red earth shales,muram,gravel earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hand gravell soil

b) In soft disintegrated rock not requiring blasting

c) In medium rock and dense medium rock not requiring blasting

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling M-Sand in layers of not more than 10 cm thick well rammed, watered and compacted complete, as per standard specification

Refilling with excavated earth wherever required including labour for filling, watering and consolidating with all lead, lift, etc, as per standard specification.

Laying plain cement concrete M7.5 (1:4:8) mix using 220kg minimum cement content and using 40mm HBG (machine broken) for foundation and basement leveling course including cost of all materials, lead, lift and labour complete as per std.specification.

Laying PCC in M20 (1:1.5:3)design mix using 12mm to 20mm down graded metal for various types of work for LV Plinth, Transformer basement at any level., etc., including chipping the piles up to cut off level, complete.

Laying RCC in M15 (1:2:4)design mix using 12mm to 20mm down graded metal for various types of work for grade beam, column, footing at any level., etc., including chipping the piles up to cut off level, complete. (excluding reinforcement) a) R.C.C.Foundation First Footing

d) R.C.C. Beam

Supply, fabrication and placing in position of MS / RTS / TMT grills for reinforced cement concrete works including cost of steel, binding wire, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and laying of interloking bricks size of 0.28x0.13x0.15 at all levels including cost of all required materials, bonding, transporting, labour, lead, lift,etc., complete as per std. specification.

Plastering with wall finishes with cm 1:5, 12mm thick with water proof compound 1kg per bag of cement as directed by the engineer including cost of all materials,labour,lead,lift etc.complete for Inner and outside of the building.

Colour washing two coats with best quality of white cement with suitable colour,pigments as directed by the engineer including cost of all materials,labour,lead,lift etc.complete for Inner and outside of the building.

Supplying and filling gravel and consolidating in 300mm thick layers, well rammed with all leads and lifts, watering, as per standard specification, etc., complete as per standard specification and as per direction of the Engineer incharge.
