GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT: The Special Conditions embodied in this Tender shall be read in conjunction with the General Conditions of Contract (attached to this tender as "GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT"), including all correction slips issued up to date, wherever applicable. The contract shall be governed strictly by both the General Conditions of Contract and the Special Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the Special Conditions and the General Conditions of Contract, the Special Conditions shall prevail.
