Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 200 metres within Airport premises including all leads and lift up to 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil (Note: This item is to be executed for general civil works except roadworks location)

Filling available good earth / muroom in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, within airport premises including all leads and lifts. Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 3% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer such as Kajaria/Grancier/Donato/Somani or equivalent, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints Size of tile ranging from 500x500 mm - 1200x1200 mm

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with cement, sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Structural Consultancy charges for preparation of detailed structural design, drawing & bar bending schedule for Car Parking structure and RCC frame Electrical store building on the basis of relevant IS code & sound engineering practices and same to be approved by any Govt. accredited Engineering college/NIT/IIT including site visit whenever required during execution of work.

Excavation in all kinds of Soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.90 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, triming bottom and side slopes, transporting the excavated earth to the filling locations within 1500 metres distance including all leads and lifts, breaking clods, levelling fine dressing in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, compaction by rolling with vibratory road roller etc complete for excavation and filling locations both as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: The lead for this item is considered as 1500 metres because the excavated material will be disposed in nearby areas)

Providing and laying stone soling with 6'' to 9'' (150 to 230 mm) boulders including watering and consolidation, spreading of granular material gravel or moorum in voids etc. complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Supply of granular material (moorum) obtained from borrow pits with all lifts, leads and transportation to Airport site complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying, spreading and compaction of available moorum including spreading in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, for all leads and lifts complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying non-pressure NP3 class R.C.C. pipes spigot and socket type, jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete - 450 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels over 200 micron (minimum) polythene sheet with overlaps of not less than 50 mm longitudinally and 75 mm transversly spread flat over finished surface, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, finishing with required texture using trimix equipments, curing, making provision for contraction joints / expansion joints, construction & longitudinal joints by groove cutting machine complete. The item for execution shall also include the following operations: i) Side shuttering required to lay concrete in camber as per site conditions. ii) Mechanically cutting joints 3 mm wide x 1/3rd thickness of slab which is subsequently widened to 10 mm for the top 25mm depth and construction joints 10 mm wide x 25mm deep as per specification. Providing and laying in position expansion joint, 25mm thick Synthetic joint filler board of approved make conforming to IS:1838(part 3)-2011, upto depth as specified by EIC all complete as per particular specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: For purpose of payment, quantity (length (m) x depth (m) ) of filler board will be measured).

Providing and laying in position Polysulphide sealant of approved make conforming to BS-5212-1990 or IS: 11433-1995 in expansion/ construction/dummy joints including rounding off edges, applying 2 coats of approved primer compatible with the brand of Polysulphide and preparing the surface and applying masking tape along the edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after application of sealant etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in-Charge & particular specifications. [Note: For purpose of payment, quantity (Length (in m) x Width (in cm) x Depth (in cm)) of Polysulphide sealant only will be measured.] i) Expansion Joints of size 25 mm wide and 10 mm deep over 30 mm dia closed-cell Polyethylene foam back-up rod, as per specifications. ii) Construction Joints of size 10 mm wide and 10 mm deep over 12 mm dia closed-cell Polyethylene foam back-up rod, as per specifications. iii) Dummy Joints of size 10 mm wide and 10 mm deep over 12 mm dia closed-cell Polyethylene foam back-up rod, as per specifications.
