Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground posts embeded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for angle iron / flat iron for fixing chain link or hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and clountersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embneding in concrete and screwing etc wid ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or reveting etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 or Fe-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild screw bolts 11 to 15 mm diameter of neck shank (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square exc. 5cm but n.exc 10cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates,rails ,braces,etc,complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering ,Doors etc .to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hookes and hinges or steel hanging doors fittings (exclusive of steel Steel covering running rails and guides ) and hanging also fastening and fixing including pintels complete all as specified and direted.

M & L Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Chain link mesh, made of 3mm dia galvanised wire, confirming to IS 2712.2003 and having zinc coating, heavy type,as laid down in IS 4826 including line wires/ binding wire etc fixed to any type of standards posts complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type of to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision 10mm dia MS bars as line wire welded to fencing posts and MS flat iron for fixing fencing wire mesh complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply only 10mm dia round bars measured and paid vide sl item No 11 below. However, labour aspect for fixing is deemed to be included in this item.

Demolition brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar as in wall etc complete all as directed.

M&L brick work with modular fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius wall built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

M & L Walling of random rubble, masonary (harder stones), uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubing down with water etc all as specified and directed .

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on external surfaces of wall in CM 1:4 including finished surfaces even and somooth without using extra cement mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instructions .(Note :- WPC shall be measured & paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed..

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails all as specified and directed.

M&L 40mm thick second class hard wood boarding supplied & fixed with nails in any situation (except flooring and skirting) complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for prepration of new wooden surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc includig dismantling of existing damaged fencing complete all as specified and as directed (Note: Each line of wire to be measured).

M&L for prepration of new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint and incl over a coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including cutting of reinforecement to facilitate the demolition and remving the rubbisg off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete, type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of fencing post, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F High strength corrosion resistant, TMTsteel bar of grade Fe-500, 6 to 8 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips in stirrups , spacers and binders etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast ce- ment concrete Set in cement mortar 1:6, Type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) incl formwork in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas,water troughs,mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain face complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel letters 8 inch height made out of 1 mm thick stainless steel plate, cut folded, welded to required shape including fixing on the granite with bolt nuts etc all as directed by Engineer -in-Charge./steel surface complete.

S&F stainless steel 1mm thick sheet logo of Airforce exceeding 0.15 Sqm but not exceeding 0.34 Sqm including necessary fitting and all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Polyethene bag of 50 Kg capacity and river sand filling (M sand prohibited) in bag after screening, striching the bag with hand machine and stacked/placed upto 1.5m heightcomplete all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing sand from the firing butt and refilling in the same area after seiving the sand with out any fired bullet scrap, pebbles etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down and refixing the same steel gate not exc 3 sqm each pane after repair of rusted or damaged portion of the gate including pivate,holdfast,stoper,locking arrangement,pintal etc and necessary greasing to pivate with or including spot welding,running welding all as spd

S & F in circular Concertina coil punched tape (incl spikes and handle) with 50 turns and loop dia 750 mm , width of barbed 9 mm dia and spacing clips 23.5 mm to 24.5 mm C/C and weight of coil not less than 10 to 14 kgs without packing , coil length will be 6.00 mtr when opened up etc, fixing at any position / at any height, binding with angle iron ground pickets and binding of coils with clips and binding wire includig dismantling of existing damaged coil as per manufacturers insttructions and sample as per approved by GE/EIC complete all as spectified and directed.

M&L Cleaning of existing cover drain / open drain of any width and depth upto 15 cm by using jet water pressure mechanical pump,suction pump and removing mud/silt, vegetation growth, plants/small trees etc to a distance 50m , including repairing cracks in cement mortar (1:3) where noticed in surface of drain all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exc 30cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard/dence soil.

M & L for Moorum filling in pavings, laid in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed to form uniform surface including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L cement concrete in foundation / filling /mass concrete type D2 1:4:8 using (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with gray cement with no pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade laid over and complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Hard core,broken stone or boulders of gauge n.exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15cm thick,watered and rammed to a true surfae complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning including spreading in layers and rolled consolidated to thickness (M Sand) of 25mm (minimum) for receiving precast PCC interlocking blocks complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar ( kerb stone) as in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and set in CM 1:6 incl formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for excavating in post holes, (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum in getting out , returning, filling in and ramming each or broken, rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm and removing excavated soil oout side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting , any gauze , thickness , ncluding nainitial or similar pattern roof covering etc complete all as spcified and directed.

S&F of pre painted corugated Galvalume roof sheet 0.50mm thick sheeting of colour approved by GE having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering, wall cladding, doors and similar surfaces fixed with galvanised 8mm dia 'J' hook/self tapping screws, all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding/ vailey gutter to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
