Zonal tender of Horticulture for Maintenance of Gardens, Potted Plants, Hedges/Edges and execution of other horticultural activities in Headquarters office building, GM/CORE's Camp office, ORH at City side, RE Officers club premises and Community Gardens of GPO colony, Officer's & staff colony at GPO, Rajapur, Rambag etc of CORE at Prayagraj for one year.

The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or 'V' whichever is less; where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N=Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited.

The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of "total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover

The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-VIB, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.

The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited:

Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30%of advertisedvalue of the tender, or

Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40%of advertisedvalue of the tender, or

One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% ofadvertisedvalue of the tender.

Rates are inclusive of all taxes/octroi, license fee, royalty charges etc. legaly leviable by State, Central Govt. and/or any other local authority. Nothing will paid additionally.

In addition to General condition of contract 2022 and Indian Railways Unified standard specification Works Materials Volume II 2010,revised upto date,DELHI SCHEDULE OF RATES, ANALYSIS OF RATES AND SPECIFICATIONS (HORTICULTURE & LANDSCAPING)-2020, special condition attached shall also apply.

Tenderers intending to participate in the e-tender must make payment of the Earnest Money, should be accepted through net banking or payment gateway only in favour of FA & CAO/CORE/PRYJ.

NOTE: Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR) will not be accepted as EMD for tenders invited on IREPS (e-Tender Portal).

Eligibility criteria for works tender in respect of partnership firms.

During the currency of the contract, no partner of the firm shall be permitted to withdraw from partnership business and in such and event it shall be treated as breach of trust and abandonment of the contract.

JOINT VENTURE will not be permitted for the tenders.

Any Conditional offer will be summarily rejected.

Incase the tenderer is a partnership firms, the experience, solvency and turn over shall be in the name and style of the firm only.

If the tenderer is a partnership firm, all the partners shall be jointly and severaly liable for successful completion of the work and no request for change on the certification of the firm shall be entertained.

The quantities shown in the Schedule are given as a guide and are approximate only and are subject to variation according to the needs of the Railway.

Price Variation Clause is not applicable for this tender.

Tenderer shall not add any conditions on their own either in their covering Letter or in the Tender Documents while submitting their offer. Any such conditions if stated and if are in violation of the Railways tender conditions may lead to summarily rejection of the offer. Railway reserves the right to reject such tenders summarily without assigning any reason whatsoever.

The e-tenders will be opened online using the IREPS Portal any time after closing of Tender. No representative is required to be present for opening of e-tender and taking notes of rates quoted and ranking as the complete details of rates etc. of all the bidders shall be available to the bidders through the website after the opening of the Tender.
