Demolition above G.L.upto all floor level including disposal of unserviceable materials within all leads and lifts.un-reinforced cement concrete upto 15cm. Thickness.including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Excavation in earth work etc., in all kinds of soils including spade work, saturated soil,pick work, jumper work, blasting & chiselling / wedging out rock etc.and pumping or bailing out water including dressing of side and beds and stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of surplus earth in all leads and disposed earth to the levelled and neatly dressed including carriage of materials all lead and lifte as per direction of Engineer-in-charg as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights in all floors and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 Sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts:-(i) in Foundation and plinth.

Providing and fixing high pressure PVC FINOLEX spigot and socket, waste and ventilating pipes ISI marked including fixing with approved adhesive etc. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts. 150 mm dia.

Shimla or otherwise including payment of prescribed charges of dumping to the owener of dumping site through all mode of transportation including head load animal load or mechanical means alongwith its leveling and to complete the work of mechanized means and labour(if any required).The dumping site to be arranged by the contractor entirely at his own risk and cost. All useful materials such as stones, aggregate and slates shall be sorted out and stacked along roads side any loss of the public/private property during the course of diisposal shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be dully compensated by him in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge
