Opening of Top cover and removal of core & winding from transformer.

Cleaning the transformer core with hot oil and checking the core tightness.

Improving the IR value (drying the transformer core and windings in hot oven)

Painting of transformer both inside and outside & (including Inserting the core and winding cost)

Releasing of air

Complete testing

Cleaning the radiator and cable box (HV and LV side)

Filling up of filtered oil after creating vacuum including oil filtration cost (Transformer oil Supplied by Board)

Assembling and closing of top cover

Carne hire charges for loading & unloading of Transformer & its accessories
