Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in trenches, foundation, drains pipes cable etc. in all classification of soils and disposal of excavated earth and refilling the available excavated earth behind trenches or wherever required incl. levelling, dressing, ramming, watering and rolling etc. as per directions of Engineer-in-charge with all leads / lifts and carriage complete job.

Providing and Laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering – All work upto plinth level a) 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with all leads and lift carriage complete

b) 1: 3: 6: ( 1: cement 3: coarse sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size, with all leads and lift carriage complete.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with, 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), with all leads and lift carriage complete.

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting bending placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:- a) Foundations, footings, bases of Columns.

b) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

c) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls Under 20 cm wide

Supply and laying of River Bed Materials including leveling, dressing, watering & consolidation in layer 20cm in depth each layer consolidated with power road roller of minimum 8 tonne capacity incl. carriages complete,
