Lifting, loading and unloading a 22kV/433V Distribution transformer from transformer structure to work spot.
Draining of existing oil from the transformer.
Opening the top cover and removal of winding from the transformer.
Cleaning of transformer core with hot oil and check the core tightness.
Improving of IR value.
Changing of all gaskets washers and Oil seals.
After Improving of IR value and painting the transformer inserting the coil.
Closing of top cover.
Filling up of filtered oil after creating vaccum.(Oil will be supplied by TNPGCL)
Complete testing of transformer.
Charges for cleaning and painting the entire 22kV/433V Distribution transformer with enamel grey paint.
