Earth work excavation in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, ordinary earth, earth mix with 50% fair sized boulders etc. with initial lead and lifts including laying, spreading, levelling, sectioning breaking clods etc. including all incidetal charges etc. complete as per standard specification. Supply and delivery of filling of M-sand in layer of not more than 15 cm thick including watering with all layers and consolidation complying with standard specification including cost and conveyance of sand to site and all labour charges and all other incidential charges etc. complete as per standard specification TNDSS No.24 & 25 NBC part VI (S2) 8

Cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (one cement four sand and eight aggregates) using 40 mm gauge machine broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de watering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed and consolidated etc complying with standard specification. TNDSS No.28 V, VI S25.

Reinforcement Cement concrete 1:1½:3 (one cement one and a half sand and three aggregates) using machine broken granite jelly of 20 mm size for all reinforced cement concrete works excluding cost of centering shuttering strutting and also cost of reinforcement grill in position but including laying vibrating with mechanical vibrators using finishing etc complete, as directed by the departmental officers etc complete complying with standard specification. Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paints of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including through scraping clean removal of dirt etc, complete and including cost of necessary plaster of paris, putty, brushes, wherever required and all labour charges, scaffolding charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Providing and fixing of RCC inner access ladder in RCC 1:1½:3 (one cement, one and half sand and three aggregate) using 20 mm HBG stone for OHT including cost of reinforcement, placing grill in position, centering shuttering charges, mixing concrete curing etc. to required height and clear width of 45 cm consisting of two Nos. of vertical post of 10 x 15 cm and step slab of 25 x 25 mm etc complete.

Providing PVC ventilating mosquito proof nylon net with 110 mm PVC cowl and all directed by departmental engineers

Providing manhole cover of size 0.60 x 0.60 m in RCC 1:1.5:3 with suitable reinforcement and 50 x 50 x 6 mm M.S angle fixed along edges and as directed by departmental officers.

Refilling the basement with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed watered and consolidated etc. complete with standard specification.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15 cm blue gun posts or casurina props or best quality bamboo posts at 4 metres over all length, the distance between two rows being 1.25 metre and spacing of posts 2 metres. in both the rows with two horizontal posts with 0.5 metres over lap on either side and braces at 2 m c/c including longitudinal and traverse middle braces to step up as providing a platform with country wood planks of 40 mm thick and 1 Mt. width etc. in complete around the OHT of total height 10.50 metre.

Construction of RCC spiral staircase in RCC 1:1½:3 20 mm HBGS of 1.80 m Ø of required height for approach to the roof of SR with RCC hand rails as per type design including necessary earth work for providing foundation in CC 1:4:8 mix RCC footing 1:1½:3 mix, GL platform etc. including cost of steel reinforcement, fabrication charges, scaffolding charges, centering, precasting charges, cement painting etc complete. The staircase should be braced to the column of service reservoir at suitable interval etc complete.

Supply and fixing of RCC hand rail of height 0.90 m supporting with RCC support column including casing of hand rail fixing in position at the top of the roof slab of OHT including cost of all materials and all labour charges etc complete.

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead of 2 metre narrow trenches for laying of pipes and refilling earth for water supply works in the hard stiff clay stiff black cotton hard red earth shales murram gravel stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil as directed by the departmental officers.

Labour charges for laying of PVC/GI pipes and specials to proper line and level including jointing but excluding cost of pipes and jointing materials for plum bind for providing water supply works.
