Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for Plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angle, of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joist of size 10cm x 6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Gravel backing for revetment and apron in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, including watering, consolidation and trimming the top surface so as to receive the Rough Stones and including stacking for pre measurement etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing filter zone below the concrete block with coarse sand for bottom layer and broken graded stone for top layers as furnished in the drawing and as directed by the departmental Engineer including collection of coarse sand conveying, stacking the same for pre-measurement and providing a layer of 20cm thick, watering and consolidating, supplying hard broken stone of the following sizes, stacking for pre-measurement,. laying the stones of 10 mm size for 7.5cm thick, 20mm size of 7.5cm thick, 40mm size for 10cm thick and 80mm size for 15cm thick in layer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing weep holes with 110mm dia PVC pipe of working pressure of 4Kg/cm2 to a required length for fixing concrete protection / Retaining wall, Abutment & Wing wall including cost of all materials to work site including labour charges for 90cm spherical backfill arrangement 100 mm dia size broken stone granite gharges of the peripery and labour charges for fixing to drain the back fill etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing construction contraction and lift joints in masonry, concrete including cutting, jointing the PVC Water stopper of 230mm width and placing Mastic pad of 20mm thick (1.04 kg of asphalt & 0.23m² of Mastic pad required for 1 Rm) at the joints below the water stopper after cutting to the required size including filling the joints with mastic filling as specified in the drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing construction contraction and lift joints in concrete including placing Mastic/Tar pad of 20mm thick (1.04 kg of asphalt and 3.08m² mastic pad required for 1 Rm.) at vertical joints in side of wall in required size as specified in the drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. ( for Wing Wall )

Rough stone dry packing for side revetment using new rough stones for apron and revetment including stacking the rough stone for premeasurement, cost of new stones, wedges for filling the gaps, finishing neately etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing launching apron using new hard granite jeddy stone of not less than 300mm size and weight not less than 40kg including stacking for premeasurement the cost of new stones wedges for filling the gaps.finishing neatly, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Forming Ring Bund using with 107 bags per 100 cft filled with using CS sand stitchng the bags with jute coir, conveyed the stitched bags to river portion for forming the ring bund by placing the stiched sand bags in proper position and packing tightly and plugging the joints with clay and straw layers to arrest the leakages as directed by the departmental officers including the cost of empty bags, sand, jute coir, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabrication, Supply and erection of SG Steel Shutter made out of Mild Steel plates with vertical and horizontal stiffeners and Adequate size Mild Steel plate for Gusset plate of required numbers and adequate size with required bolts and nuts and shutter Groove Angle with required height including welding of newly provided Holdfast of 100 x 100 x 12 mm Mild Steel angles and fully thread the 65 mm dia Mild Steel Round Screw Rod duly machined to suit the Capstan Head Assembly with required bolt and nut in addition to Top beam madeout of newly fabricated 200 x 100mm (ISMB 200) duly drilled to suit the Head Set Assembly with required bed bolt made out of adequate size Mild Steel Round Rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arrangements with necessary Fish Plate made out of 12mm Mild Steel plate of required size, adequate Nos and the Cast Iron Head Set Assembly heavy duty with hexagonal nut (approximate 100 Kg) duly machined with nut, threading to suit the Screw rod with including cost of ball bearings for smooth operation cost of grease, one coat of Anticorrosive black paint over the one coat Red Oxide primer etc., The cost shall include required handle for shutter operation and conveying loading and unloading charges including charges of labours engaged in entire fabrication, conveyance and erection works, petty civil work and trail operation etc., complete.
