Taking down cement or lime plaster of any description complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or stone masonary in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered previously untreated surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over and including a coat of average 2 mm thick wall care putty and one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing knauf ARMSTRONG or equivalent channelled perforated panel of width 192mm, thickness of 15 mm and length 2400 mm , made of a moisture resistant fiber board substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade (portland maple,sea beech,siam wood&mystique walnut) and a melaminebalancing layer on the reverse side.the board shall have a special perforation pattern where the reverse surface has a " HELMHOLTZ" fluted perforation with consecutive 3mm wide groove followed by 13 mm of visible pane. the edge of the panel shall be " tounged and grooved" to fix special clips for installation and seamless visual . The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbingnon woven soundtex acoustical fleece hot pressed to achieve NRC of 0.6 ( average value of absorption coefficent readings taken as 250HZ, 500HZ,1000HZ and 2000HZ ) as per ASTM C423 and humidity resistance (RH) of 70% with camber limit less than 1mm/1000mm and bow less than 1mm/300mm . the panel shall be mounte don special aluminium splines (Keel) using inside clips provided by manufacturer and approved by the architect / Engineer- in - charge complete all as specified

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, holders, regulators, sockets etc, removing materials from site and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm, PVC insulated, sheathed, stranded copper conductor single core FRLS cable, IS-694 marked, drawn through and including PVC Conduit complete with all PVC accessories such as socket, elbow, junction box, etc./ fittings ISI marked including pressed steel terminal boxes (for modular accessories) concealed in wall covered with modular plate for mounting modular switch/ sockets/ fan regulators including 1.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor PVC insulated green in colour as continous earth conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly with all accessories complete all as specified and directed for:- Note: Cutting chases for conduits and sinking's for boxes and making good to walls, floors etc. deemed to be included in quoted rates

(a) One light point/bell point controlled by one, one way switch.

(b) One ceiling fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch through regulator.

(c) One three pin 5 Amp socket on same board with other switches.

(d) One 3 pin 5 Amp socket on independent board.
