The following job work for repair/replacement of cold room split type ACs, capacity 2TR, make skoda (designed for 5 to 8 deg cent of cold room med store at MH Agra) are as under:- (a) Dismantling and taking down the unserviceable out door and Indoor unit of split type AC of capacity 2.0 TR suitable for providing temprature 5 to 8 degree centigrade, Make-Skoda, opening the unserviceable components for general overhauling and checking & saggregating out the serviceable and unserviceable parts of unit, cleaning, washing, greasing and refixing of serviceable parts back in the position & fixing only of new parts in replacement of unserviceable parts and checking leakage by Nitrogen gas pressure and stoping the leakage by brazing/welding & fixing required parts including refilling the refrigerent gas compressure oil and testing complete all as specified and directed. (b) Supply only out door unit double row copper tubing condenser unit assembled in aluminium fins suitable for subject AC unit complete all as per existing. (c) Supply only resiprocating hermetically sealed compressure unit of 2 TR capacity suitable for R-22 gas complete with initially oil charged Make-Kirloskar/Techamshah /Hitachi. (d) Supply and fixing timer suitable for rotate both AC after a duration of 2 to 12 hrs automatically of capacity 5 KVA single phase 240 volt, 50Hz AC Supply, Make Kirnotics/V Guard. (e) M&L for replacement Blower motor of capacity 400watt, single phase, 230 volt, 50Hz, 2800rpm all as per sample and electrically connecting, testing all as directed, Make Universal/Sakoda. (f) M&L replacement of unserviceable copper tubing heavy duty of size 5/8" wall thickness 0.4 mm all as directed, Make Universal/Sakoda. (g) M&L for replacement of unserviceable copper tubing heavy duty of size 1/4" wall thickness 0.4mm all as directed, Make Universal/Sakoda. (h) M&L for PUF type foam insulation suitable for AC copper tubing of size 1/4" to 5/8" complete all as directed. (j) Supply and charging Refrigerent R-22 suitable for AC providing temprature 5 to 8 degree centrigrade and testing for any leakage and rectifying if found.
