Disconnecting and taking out existing ACBs from housing and cleaning, rubbing and overhauling the mechanical parts and making serviceable of Local/Remote electrical operation of the panel incl Greasing Oiling , replacement of UNSV Trip coil, Breaker System ,Gear Pinion, roller Switch and re-assembling the same, Servicing of 440V in door ACB 630A to1600A capacity, fixed type/ MDO/ EDO checking of quality of Air interrupter, insulation resistances, static contact resistance, Testing (IR value, ratio test, polarity test) , connection testing and calibration of relay including all other functional tests of the ACB, panel complete all as specified and as directed. Location:- Sub Stn No 7, Sub Stn No 11, Sub Stn No 02, Sub Stn No 08, Sub Stn No 15, And Sub Stn No 05.

Disconnecting all incoming and outgoing cables, removing the servo stabilizer Transporting to local work shop opening, servicing/repairing the stabilizer including draining out the unserviceable transformer oil, dismantling and inspection of parts, and replacing the worn out/unserviceable spares of capacity 10 to 15 KVA and transporting back to location installing and connoting up the incoming and outgoing cable all as directed. Note: (i) All spares except filling of oil required for replacement including rewinding shall be measured paid separately. (ii) All spares shall be suitable for the existing Make and Model of the Servo Stabilizer/ Isolation Transformer.

Same as per item No (2) above but servo stabilizer of capacity 40KVA.

Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT feeder pillar box platform mounted (to be mounted on the P.C.C. brick pedestal), suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars of rating not less then 100 amps, Spreader link to incoming/outgoing MCCB for termination of incoming/outgoing cable and Aluminium connecting bars of suitable size (R-Y-B-N) for outgoing cables, duly fabricated in a CPRI approved / certified factory having modern fabrication and testing facility which includes at least seven (07) tanks pre treatment facility comprising of de-greasing, rinsing, de-rusting, rinsing, phosphating, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coated painting (thickness not less than 80 Micron) with approved shade of RAL 7032. The feeder pillar shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The feeder pillar shall be made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate and having front opening facility (with double layer shutter) and rear opening facility with single layer shutter with locking facility and 2 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel angle (50x50x5mm) legs of length 30 cm at bottom, suitable for mounting on the pedestal, The feeder pillar shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation, including taking down old unserviceable. The feeder pillar shall be comprising of the followings :-

(i) MCCB 4 pole 200 Amps, 16 KA, 415 Volts - 01 Nos

(ii) MCCB 4 pole 40 Amps, 16 KA, 415 Volts - 07 Nos

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for pole foundation filling and mass concrete all as specified.

Material and labour for providing PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 mix using 40mm graded stone aggregate for stay wire all as directed.

Taking down unserviceable mat sheet and S&F Fire retardant / extinguishing electric insulated synthetic mat suitable for electric system of 2.5mm thick, confirming to relevant IS/IEC codes, tested for breakdown strength, tensile elongation properties, insulation resistance, effect of acid, alkaline, diesel and transformer oil leakage, current test, fire test etc., having a minimum width of 100mm including all pasting materials such as PU resin, chemi bond (hardener), special PVC adhesive and fixed in electrical installation complete as per sample all as specified and as directed.
