Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of fire fighting application monoblock motor pumpset of 900 LPM at 40 metres head to develop 3.5 kg/sq.cm at the heightest and farthest hydrant point to make 30 m water jet at the time of fire fighting emergency cicumstances, coupled with 11 KW/15HP rated three phase 414 volts, 50 Hz, 2880 rpm electrical motor, the pump with cast ron body,bronze impeller, rope gland packaging, suction size of 80 mm dia. delivery size of 65 mm dia., including the cost of foundaton concrete anti vibration mounting, rain safety hood and etc. complete as directed by the Departmental Officers (Kirloskar make KDS 1555+ or Equivalent)

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of fire fighting application monoblock motor pumpset of 450 LPM at 20 metres head to develop 2.0 kg/sq.cm at the heightest and farthest hydrant point to make Om water jet at the time of fire fighting emergency cicumstances, coupled with 3.75KW / 5HP rated three phase 415 volts, 50 Hz, 2880 rpm electrical motor, the pump with cast ron body,bronze impeller, rope gland packaging, suction size of 80 mm dia. delivery size of 65 mm dia, including the cost of foundaton concrete anti vibration mounting, rain safety hood and etc. complete as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supply and laying of 4 core 10 sq.mm. armoured copper cable for power wiring to the Terrace Pump Motor with runs of 14 SWG TC wire for earthing, providing in wall with suitable size GI clamps, screws, wooden plug, end termination by using suitable size cable glands, copper sockets and etc.,as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supply and laying of 2 core 1.5 sq.mm. armoured copper cable for control wiring to the Terrace Pump Motor with runs of 14 SWG TC wire for earthing, providing in wall with suitable size GI clamps, screws, wooden plug, end termination by using suitable size cable glands, copper sockets and etc.,as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supply and run of 25mm x 6mm tinned copper flat with necessary clamps / supports on wall / floor / ground for earth connection run along the cable tray.

Supply and Erection of suitable size electrical rubber mats 2m x 1m Rubber Mat suitable for 11 KV installation confirming to IS

Supply,erection, testing and commissioning of Pressure Gauge with O to 14 kg. range of reputed make with necessary valve, milling thread MS coupling fixed at delivery pipe line in pump house to read the developing pressure including conveyance, all incidental charges, neccessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found neccessary, etc.,complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of Brass Isolation Valve of 22mm dia, complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supply,erection, testing and commissioning of Air Release Valve of 20mm dia, so as to release airlock in 100mm dia MS pipe at top most wet riser; including conveyance, all incidental charges, neccessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found neccessary, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Manufacturing, supply and delivery of resilient seated wafer type butterfly valve in accordance with EN 593, centric disk mounted in three maintenance-free bearing bushes, tight in both flow directions, Replaceable rubber sleeve with integrated seal for functionally reliable use for flared flanges, welding flanges, PE flanges as well as loose flanges with V-collar, Stable seat due to collar with vulcanized support ring

Design, Supply and Erection of CI Sluice Valve with Cap/ Wheel as per IS 14846/2000 PN 1.0 with ISI marking etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers

Manufacture, Supply and Delivery of DI D/F Slanted seat Swing Check Valve. Body of ductile cast iron of Grade GGG 40 or GGG 50 and disc of ductile cast iron GGG 40 or GGG 50 with fully encapsulated EPDM rubber, where both faces can be used. Electrostatic epoxy powder/ liquid coating (EP-P) inside and outside color blue RAL 5005 with minimum coating thickness of 250 microns. The EPDM rubber & Epoxy Powder should be approved by W 270. (EP-P) it is a resi-coat powder approved for drinking water application, applied through fusion bonding process by dipping the shot-blasted casted components heated up to 200 deg C). Supply,and fixing in position of Fire Fighting Application Hose of 63mm dia of 15 metres length binded by copper wire with 63mm dia stainless steel male and female instantaneous fire fighting special coupling as per S 901 as directed by the Departmental Officers. Near every hydrant points including conveyance, all incidental charges, neccessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portionsto its originalcondition wherever found neccessary etc complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supply,and fixing in position of Fire Fighting Application 63mm dia stainless steel short length Branch Pipe with hexagonal type spray nozzle of 15mm (or) 20mm jet bore. Near every hydrant points including conveyance, all incidental charges, neccessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found neccessary, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supply of Fire Fighting Application MS Hose Box to keep two number of hoses and 1 No. of branch pipe with nozzle having proper glass window type double door with universe open key, painted inside white and outside Post Office Red. Near every hydrant point including conveyance, all incidental charges, neccessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found neccessary, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supply,installation of Fire Fighting Application 180 degree swinging type, hose reel drum with 20mm dia braided thermoplastic hose of 30 metres long, so as to extend to necessary distance by self rolling spindle wheel including necessary 20mm dia ball valve and open and close spray nozzle, warm clip, etc., as per the standard pattern of any reputed make at every floor nearer to hydrant valve, including conveyance, all incidental charges, neccessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found neccessary., etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS WORKS Supply and Erection of following types of extinguisher as per IS:2190 / IS:15683 guidelines with provision of wall bracket (fixed with anchor fastener) / MS powder coated floor stand / Trolley as per the specifications. All extinguishers should have the in-built pressure gauge. All extinguishers shall be free from CFC / HCFC.0851

Supply and fixing of Water C02 Stored Pressure Type 9 litres capacity Fire Extinguisher as per newIS 15683 complete with control valve, gun metal cap, pressure gauge, operation sticker, discharge hose, wall mounting bracket, safety clip, etc.,as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Supply and kept in position of 9 litres capacity Fire Buckets of 4 Nos. with Bucket Stand as per standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental Officers

Supply and Fixing Metallic Danger / Signage Board as required by the Authorities for the requiered Fire extinguisher Signages

Providing, fixing pipe supports from columns / wall or suspenders from roof slab to suit various dia of pipes made out of GI / MS adjustable rods threaded for a sufficient length to adjust the height of support along with clamping arrangement for holding pipes of anchor fastening, arrangement design of hanger and should confirm with specification.

Supply, fabricating , installing structural steel supports for fixing all sizes of MS pipes with MS Channels, Angles, Flats, as required at site complete. Rate shall be necessary fittings and accessories like flanges, bolts, nuts & washers, one coat of primer etc.
