Construction, Operation and Maintenance of Weigh Bridge (Weigh bridge, Office/Cabin, Rest Room, Toilet, Store as per plan) in transport area, Sector 26, Chandigarh for initially period of 12 years, extendable 03 years on mutual consent of both parties Profit sharing - Agency has to quote percentage of profit sharing for weighing bridge along with minimum fixed charges @ Rs. 10,000/- per month in case of permission to use for any other use for any other office management work. Note :- 1.Agency has to quote share of MC in percentage which will be given to Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh, Rest will be remained with agency. 2. Minimum Charges of 10,000/- per month is to be deposted by the bidder in case of permission to use for any other use for any other office management work with control room of weigh bridge. 3. Highest quote of percetage sharing to Municipal Corporation will be given preference for allottment of work.
