12 mm cement plaster of mix:

1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing and fixing hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony ailing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer.

G.I. pipes

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and laying gang saw cut 18 mm thick, mirror polished pre moulded and pre polished machine cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring in road side plazas and similar locations, laid over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

With granite stone of area less than 0.50 sqm.

Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depressions, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m :

FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.

Group C

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of 36 watts street light with High efficiency, power saving, IP65 protection and Impact resistance of IK07 similar to LUKER STRADA LED STREET LIGHT or equivalent to ISI standard with minimum warranty period as manufacture provided and with the approval of Engineer in charge.

Supplying and Installation of 35 W LED POST TOP with High efficiency, power saving, IP65 protection suitable for pole dia Ø 76 mm similar to Havells CORAL LED POST TOP or equivalent to ISI standard with minimum warranty period as manufacture provided and fixing by Erection of 4 meter galvanised mild steel pole dia Ø 76 mm in cement concrete foundation including exavation and refilling etc. as required in equivalent to ISI standard with the approval of Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing 4 way Double door IP 54 rating single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, “C” curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Single Pole

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, 240V, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 4.00 mm dia copper wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with copper thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 4.00 mm dia copper wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and installation of rectangular street light SMC junction box of size 300x300x100 mm weather proof in ISI standard with minimum warranty period as manufacture provided and with the approval of Engineer in charge.
