Chipping , removing carefully concrete work by low impact hammer, breaker without damaging the structure and cleaning and disposal of debris outside the premises etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Hard concrete should not be removed by force.
Material and Labour for Clean existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc. complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT of Krishna Conchem or Roff rust cleaner of Pidilite or Dr Fixit Rust removal or ShaliRust of STP Ltd on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, wash the rebars with clean water within 3 minutes and wipe it dry, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
Material and Labour for applying two coats of Epoxy based Zinc primer in a span of four hours over the treated rebars and allow to dry for six hours, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. The application shall be by brush. Epoxy primer for steel of make / brand - Corroseal-ZR of Krishna Conchem or Dr Fixit Epoxy zinc primer
Material and Labour for cleaning all loose laitance on the concrete substrate and applying one coat of epoxy bonding agent on exposed concrete surface to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete by brush application, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make / brand :- Monobond SBR of Krishna Conchem or Dr Fixit epoxy bonding agent or Shalicrete URP of STP Ltd.
Material and Labour for ready to mix polymer cement plaster with high quality polymer additives (Polymer plaster) with 4 MPa compressive strength of required thickness over the entire cleaned surfaces including all tools and tackles, etc in damaged areas in 40 to 50 mm thickness including leveling profiling etc complete. Make:- Krishna Conchem, STP or equivalent as approved by GE all as directed.
Material and Labour for applying concrete protection coating on finished structural members exposed to atmosphere, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make or brand : IPNET of Krishna Conchem or New Coat from Dr Fixit
Material and Labour for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Works shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun. Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for minimum 12 hours. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chiesel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. (iv) In case crack upto 2 mm wide, fix the injection nozzles directly over the cracks, at intervals of 6 to 9 inches, using a drilling machine. Fix PVC/MS nozzles in these holes with fast-setting epoxy putty and let it dry for 2 to 3 days. Also, seal the crack between the ports with epoxy putty. (v) In case where the crack is wider than 2 mm upto 4 to 5 mm, drill holes at the sides of the crack in a staggered fashion, at intervals of 6 inches and affix them with epoxy putty as mentioned above. (vi) Also, seal the face of the crack with a liberal application of the epoxy putty.
Material and Labour for Injecting of site mixed cement slurry grout, mixed in specified proportion containing cement, sand water with addition of plasticizers (approved make) & migratory corrosion inhibitors, water cement ratio shall be varied between 0.5 to 1.0 for each hole, shrinkage compensating cement slurry mixed to a lump free fresh creamy consistency, Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 3-5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make / brand of Epoxy grout - Dr Fixit Epoxy injection or EPCO KP-HP-250 of M/s Krishna Conchem or Shaligrout EI of STP Ltd.
Material and Labour for Injecting low viscosity (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, including Mixing of materials : Mixing of material components (part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching. Grouting : Fill the grouting gun with concrete penetrating corrosion inhibitor EPCO-KP-100/Protectsil CIT or Ferogard 903. Maintain desired pressure in the gun by air compressor; maintain the pressure at exit (2 to 3kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure gauge at exit. Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements @ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Material and Labour for Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 30% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel complete all as specified and directed.
Providing and fixing additional main steel bars or stirrups of designed diameter in various structural elements like column, beams and foundations including drilling, bending, welding and fixing the bars with epoxy putty etc (Steel provided on the basis of 1% of volume of concrete), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Material and Labour for Providing and applying jacketing around columns with Micro concrete (Molith-MC) M40 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specification, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. (Rates are including jacketing, formwork and micro concrete)

Supply and Fix in repair 0.5 mm thick pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Work shall be carried out on roof at 12 -15 meter height. Unit rate shall also include quoted by the contractor (non accessible roof/ wall cladding).
Supply and Fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix Vitrified ceramic coloured dark shade tiles 10mm thick such as skirting, dado on walls etc jointed in neat cement slurry over 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) pointed in white or coloured cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and Labour for glazed ceramic coloured 350x250x7 or 450x350x7mm size as in walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in coloured cement to match for work on vertical surface such as skirting dado etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Material and Labour for non skid ceramic coloured tile 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floor over 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tile all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Dismantling wall and ceiling boards or insulation boards, any thickness, any description, including cover fillets, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Item rate shall include any height of Bldgs for scaffolding as all arrangement.
Supply and Fix for PVC False ceiling consisting of 600 mm x 600 mm, 8-10mm thick prelaminated self design including frame work made using aluminium T section of size (25mm x 25 mm, 19 gauge or 1mm thick) in square pattern of grid size of 600 x 600 mm. The aluminium frame work is supported from the ceiling with the help of GI wire/6 mm dia GI (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting and maintain for proper level to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete etc. The aluminium frame work is supported on side wall with the use of aluminium 25 mm X 25 mm angles complete as per direction of Engr-in-charge, Manufacturer's specification & drawing.
