PROVISION OF CERTAIN REVENUE WORKS AT GANESHKHIND AREA UNDER GE(I) RnD PASHAN, PUNE

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m,All kinds of soil as directed by Engineer-in- Charge

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material With material conforming to Grade-II (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) having CBR Value-25 conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size Recycled Aggregate (RA) complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying cement concrete pavement with 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggragate 20mm nominal size), including making chequers of approved pattern on cement concrete floors complete all as specified and directed

Providing and filling in position rubberized bitumen hot sealing compound using grade 'A' conforming to IS: 1834 for sealing of expansion joints in roads / pavements all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying factory made Precast concrete solid blocks of 200 mm thickness of grade M10 made of C&D waste from approved manufacturer in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers/treads of steps, skirting, dado, landing and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, Granite stone slab of colour black, Cherry/Ruby red (area of slab over 0.50 sqm) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying stone aggregate of specified size in uniform thickness of stone aggregate (Single size) : 63 mm to 45mm nominal size of course aggregate, watering and compacting to the required dencity complete all as specified and directed.
