CMC of AC Units

Providing Comprehensive Maintenance of 10 No 7TR High Precision AC units including periodical minor overhauling and replacement of spares such as LP, HP, SPP, Thermostat , all gauges & meters, including control panel such as switch gears, fuses meters, cabling etc. replacement of Compressor under buyback system, replacement/repair of controllers, display, blower motor, condenser fan motors, in case of fault and topping up of consumable refrigerant gas, servicing of package units monthly, attending breakdown emergency calls immediately, as per the details given in relevant sections by deploying the required staff including specialized man power and by arranging required spares, refrigerant gas, tools and plant etc to keep the AC unit & connected equipment operational upto the required standards complete as required which includes routine preventive & breakdown maintenance i/c supply of consumables repair and replacement of worn-out items with minimum down time and warranty/ guarantee of repaired/replaced items etc, as reqd.

Providing Comprehensive Maintenance of 2Numbers 26HP VRF AC units along with indoor units including periodical minor overhauling and replacement of spares such as LP, HP, SPP, Thermostat, all gauges & meters, including control panel such as switch gears, fuses meters, cabling etc. etc. and replacement of Compressor under buyback system, replacement/repair of controllers, display, replacement/repair of indoor and outdoor unit motor in case of fault and topping up of consumable refrigerant gas, servicing of VRF outdoor and indoor units monthly, attending breakdown emergency calls immediately as per the specification/condition of contract by deploying the required staff including specialized man power & by arranging required spares, tools & plant etc, to keep all the system operational & healthy condition as reqd. Note:The following items are not included in CMC contract (1)Repairs due to corrosion (2)Sheet metal ducting, grills, diffusers, masonary work, carpentary work & welding work connected with the above, (3)Electrical Cabling, Electrical Switch board and strips heaters. (4)Humidifier electrodes, if water quality not maintained , Insulation, false ceiling work and painting thereof, (5)Pre fine filters & HEPA Filters, (6) The replacement of condenser coil & evaporator coil (Cooling Coil) (7) Control knob, cabinet, sheet metal panels & plastic parts, front grill, painting, heater and its accessories, UPS Voltage stabilizer.
