S & F for 16 mm dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR11 fittings on walls and ceiling or laying in floors, with all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11& plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 25mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11& plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings and fixed to walls and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in roofs,floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircase, landing,chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and direced.

Disconnecting existing water storage tank capacity exceeding 250 litres but not exceeding 500 litres setting aside or lowering if required including cleaning ,removing all scale and dirt etc from tank and hoisting and reconnecting and again refixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar, incl all quions arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as speified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and direced.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, mud stops, benching, water tank platform etc.on roof, chajja weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc. including necessary form work complete all as specified and direced.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone wall etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in two layers of first 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5mm thick by using CM 1:4 with WPC rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of cement based paint on undecorated wall surfaces including priming plastered surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cutting grooves or chases , pinning in brickwork and making good to facing where required and pointing in CM (1:3) for tucking in edges of felt etc girth of chasing not exceeding 10cm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cutting out cracks to V section in existing roof or terrace or 30 mm wide grooves in brickwall, cleaning out and filling with crack fillar as per manufacturer's instructions ( Roof crackfill of Pidilite Industries Ltd or equivalent as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) as in padding over roof for filling depression and making proper slope complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 10 mm thick rendering on roof surface in CM (1:3) surface finished fair and even using WPC @ 2% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Providing and applying HS TPO membrane of 2mm thick over the layer of 200gsm Geo-Textile with overlap joints of 75 mm in both longitudinal and transverse direction of the TPO and sealed properly with hot air welding and terminate TPO at the top of parapet wall with terminating strip and fix it by screw at 300 mm c/c and sealed with HS Jointseal PU on top including surface preparation like remove all loose gravels, dirt, oil, grease and other foreign particles by jet or dry air and clean the surface mechanically or by grinding to make it smooth before application and PCC / cementitious coving of 75 mm radius shall be provided at all junctions between vertical and horizontal faces before application of TPO completely as per specification and direction. Note:- work to be carried out by authorised Applicator as approved by GE.

M&L for 20 mm dia Gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F water tank 500 litres capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted abd fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 28 above but 1000 litres capacity tank.

Removing excavated material etc.to a distance of 5km or under,beyond the lead included in the rates,including loading,unloading and stacking at the destination.
