Taking down carefully existing ceiling fan from hook by disconnecting the fan from ceiling rose complete and including provision of new down rod of length 60cms size after painting with two coats of enamel paint the fan & then fixed in new position complete all as specifide and directed.

S&F 1X7 Watt LED Ball lamp pin type all as specified and directed by Engr - in - Charge.

Submain wiring with two single core PVC (FRLS) insulated flexible copper conductor cable of size 4.0 Sqmm and one single core PVC (FRLS) insulated unsheathed flexible copper conductor cable green colour of size 4.0 Sqmm as earth lead in and including PVC conduit medium grade with all fittings suitable for concealed type and making good the disturbed wall surfaces to match with existing specification all as required at site complete with all as directed.

Supply and lay in trenches/fixed to walls/poles etc and commissioning XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty LT 1100 Volts grade armoured under ground cable with aluminium conductor of 3.5 Core 35 Sqmm incl taking out of existing cable all as directed. Note :- Earth work excavation, sand cushioning and brick protection shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for 50mm dia GI pipe laying, fixing complete including all fittings light grade (ISI Make) for protection of under ground cable.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in deepth and getting out in Hard/Dense soil for laying of cables etc.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick using excavated soil.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above from the starting point.

Supply and spreading river sand/ M sand in trenches for cables cushioning on top and bottom of cables all as specified. Note :- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

M & L for brick protection for cables of old size bricks common burnt clay building bricks sub class ’B’ laid dry and flat abutting each other with width equal to length of brick and gap between adjacent bricks not exceeding 10 mm complete all as specified.
