SITC of Walk in cooler (make-Voltas/Blue Star/Carrier)(as per manufacturer design & as per detailed specification below conforming to IS) and putting into operation after final testing complete with all accessories (See Annexure 1) . DLP period:3 year.

Supply of 60 mm PCGI/PCGI RPUF Wall & Ceiling panel with 40 ± 2 Kg/M3 density with flush door 900 x 2100 mm having PVC strip curtain.(As per tecnical Sheet) a) Display: Digital Temperature indicator with light switch. b) Alarm: Temp alarm for high temp and low temp notification. c) Door Type: Flush type 60mm thick PUF Insulated Door with View Port [12”x12”] & Heavy duty lift type hinges with airtight gasket and heater, door closer with factory made locking system from outside and safety release from inside. d) Continous temperature chart 24X7 day on thermal Paper.(Temperatute recorder)

Installation of PUF panel with all accessories & Refrigeration system including of nitrogen testing, Gas charging & commissioning of all acessories Item.

Supply of 60 mm thk. Floor panel having RPUF + 12 MM Plywood + 1.2 mm thk. Ante skid AL. Chq. Plate

Supply of 7 kw - capacity CDU & Matching IDU refrigeration system with R407a/ R404a/410 Refrigerant, having axial & GI casing suitable for medium ambient condition & 20ft. interconnecting pipes & cables with all control accessories (1 working & 1 no stand by unit considered for each room)

Supply of pure SS rack storage system 3 side of each room

Supplying and fixing double door Vertical TPN MCB Distribution board for MCCB incomer with IP-42/43 protection, on angle iron frame on wall & mending good the damages to original finish incl. Inter connection with suitable size of copper wire and neutral link & provision for earthing attachment. Incoming - 415V, 25/35KA, 160A, FPMCCB (1 -nos) Outgoing - 10KA, (C-characteristics) 63A, TPMCB - (6 -nos) {For 6 nos three phase cold room power)

Supply of 4 Core XLPE Insulated & Sheathed Armoured stranded Aluminium Conductor cables for Working Voltage up to 1100 Volts of following sizes [Make Polycab / RR cable /KEI/ Havells/ Gloster as approved by E.1.C]

Laying of cable above 3½ core 50 sqmm and upto 3½ core 90 sqmm on wall/surface including S & F MS clams with earthing attachment in 2 x 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making hole etc. as necy., mending good damages and painting.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below. [[Vide page No F-4, Item No-7]

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials. [Vide page No F-5, Item No-8(b)]

Wiring in 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core standard 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core standard copper wire (Finolex/Havells/RR/Kable Unilay) in 19 mm core, 3 mm thick polythyn pipe complete with all accesorries embedded in wall to light/fan/call bell points with modular type switch (Brand approved by EIC) fixed on modular GI switch board with top cover place flushed in wall incl. mending good damages to original finish. (Average run 8 mtrs.)(For internal Lighting of cold Rom and Call bell point)

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Gloster/RR Kable/Finolex) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire incl. cutting channel and making necy. connection as required. [E-9,1]

i) 3x84/0.3 (6 sqmm) + 2x56/0.3 (4 sqmm) as ECC

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes.[Vide page No F-5, Item No-9 (i)& (ii)]

Supply and Delivery of 4 feet Industrial box type twin LED tube fitting incl.Supply & Delivery of 2 no. 240V, 20 W LED Tube (Polycarbonate with heat sink) with glare free light distribution with CCT (5000K-6500K) having minimumluminous efficiency of 105 Lm/ Watt or better & 50,000 LED burning hours or more. Supplying & Fixing of PVC water proof type Loop box(Make-Sintex) of size 8"X10" comprising of 4 way 40 Amp. Capacity brass Stud/ terminal make- AC /DC. & 40A FP MCB (L&T) having hinged PVC top cover & 4 mm thick with rubber gasket lining, railway type mechanical locking arrangement,one NL on porcelain insulator etc. on wall as per direction of EIC

Supplying & Fixing 240 V AC/DC superior type Ding-Dong Call Bell (Anchor) on HW board incl. S&F HW board. [Vide page No D-13, Item No-20a ](For any Panic During the working in Cold Chamber)

Supplying, fabrication & fixing M.S u-channel of 6 mm thick of size (50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm) for making platform for installation of outdoor unit of cold room incl. drilling 2 nos holes in each channel including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete (1:1 ½ :3) etc. fabricated with horizontal angle of 25 mm x 25 mm x 6 mm including supporting angle 50 mm x50mm x 6 mm in each platform in outer edge for transmitting the load centrally through 2Nos. (50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm) Angle inserted into the exiting wall. The entire structure should be barricaded & safely cover at structure roof by Tin shed for any climet changes incident/Direct sun Heat/Thief case. Area of the platform is 22Mtr. x 1.2Mtr. Structural design should be approved by E.I.C.

Supply & Fiixing of indoor type LED SIGN Board i) 8'(L)x4'(B)x.5''(W) ii) 6(L)x4'(B)x.5''(W) fabricated from 3 mm thick ACP sheet on all five sides finished with approved metallic colour & suitable size hollow Al rectangular bar as frame inside the box. All LED Module, wiring to be fixed inside the ACP box. Silicon adhesives, SS screws to be used in such a way so that ingress of water can be restricted inside the box and maintenence / replacement of the LED modules can be done easily. All screws/nuts & bolts/clamps etc metals used inside the box should be of non-ferrous metal/Stainless steel.

Supply & Fixing of Special type of 3D Boxing type letter(6" x 3.5") with top cover openable made from imported 3mm thick Acrylic sheet to accomodate LED module. Only front side of the letter should emit light. side to be made from opaque acrylic sheet. Letter height, width & depth of the letter will be proportionate & as per direction of E.I.C.. Suitable Ratio should be maintained between the letter size, spacing between each letters & spacing between each words as per the direction of the E.I.C. (Calculation of area (square inch) of a letter will be HeightXBreadth of the letter inclusive all wastage. Supply & Fixing of LED within the acrylic letter from backside (Make: SAMSUNG-Korea/ROHS) having the following specifications: COLOUR:WHITE or as per the choice of EIC. LIFE:70,000 burning hours. INTENSITY: Uniform without any bright/dark patches. VISIBILITY: 100Mtrs at least for normal eye vision. AMBIENT AIR: 0-50°C; 100% Relative Humidity. POWER CONSUMPTION: 1.5 Watt per module. (1 module consists of 3 nos LED)

SITC of water proof 400 watt Power Supply unit to be fitted inside the Sign board box. inclusive of water tight gaskette fitted stainless steel hinged door box. Input: 100V-240V AC; 4A; 50Hz. Output: 12V DC; 17-20A constant power supply. Make: Meanwell/Ven/Resang or equivalent.

SITC of water proof 300 watt Power Supply unit to be fitted inside the Sign board box. inclusive of water tight gaskette fitted stainless steel hinged door box. Input: 100V-240V AC; 4A; 50Hz. Output: 12V DC; 17-20A constant power supply. Make: Meanwell/Ven/Resang or equivalent.

Supply & Fixing of structural type frame suitable for ACP fascia fixing of size (6" x4"x 2" ) to be made by 3mm thick 2" dia square pipe including necessary machining , welding and jointing materials.

Supply & Fixing extra supporting of structure by 3mm thick 1"x 1" square pipe of 6" & 4" length 4 nos each .

S & F of 26 SWG G.I. sheet for covering of back side of iron frame incl. fabrication charge.

Painting the MS structure with 2 coats of RO primer and one coat of synthetic enamel paint after scrapping the structure emery paper properly.
