Cleaning of manholes by rodding, scrubbing and flushing to remove the clogged drain of sludge, waste & rubbish material and disposal of waste/ refuge/ filth etc. (recovered in this process) to a place permitted and approved by the Local Municipal corporation all as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of sewer line by rodding, scrubbing and flushing to remove the clogged drain of sludge, waste & rubbish material and disposal of waste/ refuge/ filth etc. (recovered in this process) to a place permitted and approved by the Local Municipal corporation all as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning and de-silting of gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc, including excavation for sockets, depth up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated materials, returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layers by ramming, watering etc., stacking serviceable material for measurements and disposal of unserviceable material as directed, within a lead of 50m :

a) Ordinary rock :

i) Pipes, cables etc. exceeding 80 mm dia but not exceeding 300 mm dia.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

a) Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

a) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Clearing jungle /Grass / crappers /sapplings of area around 300 Sqm including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 100 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

a) All kinds of soil

Providing and fixing U drain PVC pipes (4KN/sqm) confirming IS 15328 in required slope and jointed together with jointing couplers as per manufacturers specification and other end socketed including jointing with couplings wherever necessary with PVC cement solvent testing of joints etc complete, and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Cost of jointing Couplers to be paid for separately)Finolex, Supreme or equivalent make.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

a) 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA)).

Constructing brick masonry manhole in cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) with R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:4:8 mix (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design :

a) Inside size 90x80 cm and 45 cm deep including C.I. cover with frame (light duty) 455x610 mm internal dimensions, total weight of cover and frame to be not less than 38 kg (weight of cover 23 kg and weight of frame 15 kg) :

i) With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Providing and fixing square-mouth U PVC gully trap SWR Grade complete with U PVC grating with brick masonry chamber with water tight C.I. cover with frame of 300 x300 mm size (inside) the weight of cover to be not less than 4.50 kg and frame to be not less than 2.70 kg as per standard design:

a) 100x100 mm size P type

i) With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5

Repairs to Manhole chamber i/c plastering in c.m.1:5 inside and outside upto a height of 0.30 mts below G.L.,closing the holes with brickbat with cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4 fine sand )and finishing with coat of neat cement punning i/c refixing of frame in cement concrete 1:2:4 , reconstruction of damaged channel sides/bottom to required slopes if necessary all compete as directed by Engg incharge.

Making connection of drain or sewer line with existing manhole including breaking into and making good the walls, floors with cement concrete 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) cement plastered on both sides with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement and making necessary channels for the drain etc. complete :

a) For pipes 100 to 250 mm diameter

Dismantling of manhole including R.C.C. top slab, C.I. cover with frame, including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge :

a) Rectangular manhole 90x80 cm and 45 cm deep

Dismantling of road gully chamber of various sizes including C.I. grating with frame including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50metres lead including refilling the excavated gap.

Dismantling of old S.W. pipes including breaking of joints and bed concrete stacking of useful materials near the site within 50 m lead and disposal of unserviceable materials into municipal dumps :

a) 100 mm diameter

b) 150 mm diameter

Providing and fixing 25 mm to 30mm thick cuddapah stone slabs of required sizes & shapes laid over Manholes/Gully traps as cover jointed with cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand ) including carriage upto 100 mts , cutting, fitting etc. complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

a) 25 to 40mm thick

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes including jointing with cement solvent

a) Single socketed pipes.

i) 50 mm diameter

Attending leakage in Mun Corporation inlet connection to TE bldg by following procedure all comoplete as per the directions of E.I.C.

(i) Excavation at site of work of size 0.75 m x 0.75 m x .90 m & refilling after attending leakage.

(ii) Dismantling damaged /leaking GI pipe & GI elbow -50 mm dia from the inlet pipeline

(iii) P/F 50 mm GI elbow to existing 50 mm GI pipe

(iv) P/F 50 mm Brass Male treaded attachment (MTA) to 50 mm GI elbow

(v) P/F 50 mm APVC pipe of length 0.45 mts along APVC Elbow to existing 50 mm APVC pipe.

P/F 25 mm APVC tank nipple alongwith APVC pipe of required length incuding dismantling old GI tank nipple with necessary APVC fittings, dewatering the tank for carrrying out the work etc all complete as per directions of E.I.C.

Removing and refixing the dislocated 110 mm PVC rain water pipes of 6.00 m length to the proper alignment with the help of scaffolding/Jhoola & ropes all complete as per the direction of Engineer In Charge.

Refixing the available wash basin with the help of anchor fasteners to corrrect alignment & fixing available fittings such as Pillar cock, connection pipe. Waste pipes etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer In Charge.

Removing choke up of SWR line external connection upto Muncipal Manhole on the road with the help of MS sewer rods, high pressure water jetting from both ends of sewer line all complete as per the direction of Engineer In Charge.
