Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces, parapets including raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, at any description with necessary scaffolding of max height for G+2 Bldgs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 10mm thick toughned glass as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes, SS handles for doors of required size complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement or lime concret in any despription and any position along with tarfelt treatment and cement mortar bedding from roof removal rubbish out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in levelling course and other works as in roof, kerb, coping, padding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on roof suraces with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
