Supply only liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification, complete all as directed

M&L 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM (1:3) using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement in sunken portion, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:5:10) type E-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sunken portion, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM (1: 6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished surfaces fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick (10mm + 5mm) in two coats on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in CM (1:4), mixed with integral water proofing compound at top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item as supply only.)

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM (1:3) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, rendering finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) as in ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whiting primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistance primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Relaying of serviceable LT UG cable carefully of any cross sectional area and connections including inserting into new DWC pipe, laid in trenches and/ or fixing with walls / poles, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe of 40mm dia conforming to IS, approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80mm bore GI tubing, light grade, with necessary fittings such for cable protection, laid in trenches, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminimum conductor, 1100 Volts grade, in trenches/fixed on wall for cross- sectional area of cable of size from 185 Sqmm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Horizontal boring under the road (with manual method) below 1m from the road surface and dia of hole not exc. 100mm, with out damaging the existing road, getting out and disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50m from the site of work, complete all as specified and directed.

Note: An amount of Rs.58,825.00 on account of Credit Schedule for schedule 'A' part - II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
