Demolition of cement concrete not exc. 15 cm thickness in ground/1st floors including floor tile complete including removal of debries to a distance exc. 150 m and not.exc. 200 all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors and approns etc, laid ,bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20 to 25 mm thick Machine cut Polished cuddapah stones over cement screed bed 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) slab machine cut, bedded over cement screed bed 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edge of stone slab one edge, such on in stop, cooking plateform, and other similar situation complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling & terrazoo including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in cm 1:4 for sunken floor on concrete surface finished fair and even in floor surfaces all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound for using in sunken floor in cm 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M &L 30 mm thick PCC (1:2:4 ) type B0 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sunken floors all as specified and directed.

M&L 30 mm thick PCC (1:2:4 ) type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor all as specified and directed.

M & L 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1 : 6 for laying of floor tile all as specified and directed.

Material and labour non skid colour ceramic tiles of 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area pf each the exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm of approved 1st quality in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white / coloured cement to match coloured tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in cm 1:4 for dado / skirting on brick /stone massonry surface finished fair and even for receiving tiles in vertical surfaces all as specified and directed.

M &L Glazed Ceramic tiles coloured, of size 300mm x 200mm x 6 to 7mm thick approved 1st quality as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/ dados and risers to steps etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white/ coloured cement to match the colour of tiles all as specified and directed.

Taking down or down steel tubing and connections 15 mm bore, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store all as specified and directed.

All same as per item No. 16 here in before but 20 mm bore.

Supply and fix steel water tubing 15 mm bore medium grade galvanized with all fittings such as bends, tees, nipples, elbows, reducers, etc, fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

Refixing only 15 mm bore old steel water tubing obtained from dismantling with all fittings such as bends, tee, nipples , elbow , reducers, etc., fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

All same as per item 20 hereinbefore but 20 mm bore. Note for item No. 20 & 21: Serviceable GI pipe obtained for taking down shall be used for laying/fixing.

Supply and fix 32 mm dia bore Waste fittings, brass, chromium plated for glazed ware sinks, basins, etc. with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed in repairs complete.
